Part 1

"Geet, stop staring nah?" Sheen said again shaking her. Geet gluped hard and flushed red. The lad must have thought how dumb she was. She quickly turned her look and focused on Emma who was busy thumbing up at the footie lad. It was so embarassing.

"Geet, cute nah?" Meera asked.

"Yup" Geet mumbled winking at her friend.

"Geeet...Meeera...Look over there, the elder brother" Sheen said clapping her hand over her mouth. Geet quickly shifted her gaze and saw the footie lad's brother coming to them.

"Wow...One look did such magic" Geet muttered under her breathe.

Geet was staring at her toes. Meera was looking at Emma and Sheen gave the lad a friendly smile. The lad smile and said "hey, isn't that your sister over there?" he asked Geet. Geet gulped hard and nodded. "Yes, that Emma, I mean my sister!" Geet answered and smiled. "And isn't that your brother over there?" Geet asked baffling.

Geet's Monologue

Oh hell, I just wind up the same sentence that he told me, crap Geet, shame on you. He'll think I'm crazy! Duh, Geet, I hate you, poor guy...

End of Monologue

Maan smiled and nodded. "Yup, that's Vicky" he said. Geet smiled. "Hi, I am Geet" Geet said shaking her hands with Maan and Maan introduced himself as "Maan Singh Khurana when ...

"Maan, shall we move on" a man older called. "That's my dad, Jai, don't ever go to talk to him, or he'll bore you with soccer tactics" he chuckled. "As if..." Geet teased "the son is more charming" she winked and chuckled. "See ya soon" Geet said waving to her.

"Chal...Geet, seems he was only interested in you anyway" Meera said pretending to be hurt.

"Duh, guys, how can you be so pathetic" Sheen sniffled her nose. Meera and Geet rolled their eyes at her.

The entire night Geet could not stop thinking about the boy she saw .She wasn't someone who would notice a guy. Her friend, Meera on the other side would always drool on guys but Geet was different. She wouldn't give a boy a second glance. But what was different about him she couldn't stop thinking about him. In his thoughts she fall asleep.

The next the day she woke late.

Geet: oh no my alarm didn't go off dam it .
She got ready as fast as she could. When she entered the class room, Her mathematic teacher,Thomas was busy taking the attendence. She rushed over the place and grinned at Meera and Sheen. "Guys, woke up late" she said giving them a killing look.
Thomas who had heard Geet's whispers, looked at Geet who came in running, with her hair all messed up.

Before Thomas could say something she said.

Geet: Sorry Sir I overslept it won't happen in the future.
Thomas: It's alright. I will see it trough the fingers because it's the first day of college. Geet Handa - present, he mumbled as he busied himself in writing.

Maan's Monologue

I looked up I saw a girl coming inside her hair all messed up still she looked beautiful. She was the same girl who was checking me out while I was at the soccer match. So her name was Geet. She came and sat one in front of me. She was busy whispering to her friends and cooing about something.

End of Maan's Monologue

Thomas: Maan Singh Khurana

Geet (aloud): How come Maan is here? (she cuckled at her friends who made funny moves at her and she shrugged)

Maan: Present Sir

Geet's Monologue

I glanced behind me and saw Maan grinning at me and said "warm welcome"...
