bala ka problem in my opinion is kind of simple. when Ii was not married he was THE son in law getting all the attention and respect. he indulged II and her tantrums and dint mind her spending on shravu or akka and treated her just like a sister with equal hak. . post marriage and that too with exponentially rich and different culture RB.. the relationship dynamics completely changed. now bhallas look out for her , her husband is this self assured wealthy dude who doesnt need any advise on how to handle his wife. Appa might not like RB but he occupies a large part of appas' thought process leaving Bala a little jealous and unsure of himself and his capabilities. he cant indulge in the same way as he used to and of course compared to the bhallas finances his seem a pittance.

on top of it they are all so nice to him and vandu and shravu. I am sure that must be making his feel worse. no issue to fight or vent how else will he assert himself but in this way. and then there is II moving through life without a clue as to how these things affect people. argghhh!

she will have to start thinking of the bhallas as her own soon (this does not mean that she takes their money but she needs to consult with them on matters bfore doing rash and brash things) or this is going to explode!
