Hi All, I can’t boast of watching any other show which has similar storyline as Faltu but I think few of you have watched similar plots before (like Imlie). Just creating a separate thread so that you have a dedicated space here and daily discussion won’t take over your thought flow.

Would love to hear all your thoughts. I have not watched any except Thapki Pyar Ki2..
Go ahead and watch Imlie which is in Disney plus hotstar. I am talking about first season where the story was organic and the performances were top notch.
Imlie was gud but little toxic, But Faltu is light hearted.
Similarities of Imlie n Faltu are more.

Yes, Purab Singhania. I watched it for the lead pair. Initial episodes were 50% toxic, but the lead pairs were good. The rest of it was 150% toxic with the hero's character being made dumb and the villain winning all the time..
Oh God!! It was such a pathetic way to progress the story. The trp dropped to half because of their useless writing. More than the vamp, it was the hero's character that was destroyed. The 3 phera, 4 phera marriage.. Yuck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They had good actors, but what lacked was good writing. It could have been a good story where a girl with stutter manages to be a good singer.. all of it was spoiled due to bad writing..

Jigyasa was fantastic in thapki, but later on, they replaced Jigyasa.
