My expectations have more to do with the director Milan Luthria who was famous for Once Upon a Time In Mumbai, Dirty Picture and Taxi 9211. I'll hold judgement on Ahan Shetty.
Just wondering what's the point of this picture to promote Ahaan. It could be one of the backstage camera assistants or chai boy. I wouldn't know. Maybe Ahaan didn't come to shoot that day because he slept in late.
Tara doesn't look like herself in this pic. Maybe she slept in late as well

Those three need to be amazing in this movie. My only concern is Ahaan. Will he be able to do justice and hopefully Milan didnt change things too much. I hope it is true to the original but hope the songs are better.

Pritam's done fab job with Milan Luthria so I am hoping this is a banger too. Its after long time we are getting a film with only one composer and his name's also on the poster so I am hoping this will be a throwback to the 2010s for Pritam!
Ahaan has always given me underdog vibes. He was never in the limelight and did not do PR articles even when the films as delayed. Makes me feel he takes his work seriously. I am rooting for him. And Tara toh...I feel this would be the turning point for her, I hope she proves me correct!

Aham looks like this Telugu actor I don't know the name of but he was in the famous song pilla raa.. they look alike or is it just me?
NVM the movie is a remake of that actor's movie anyways... wow they casted a similar looking actor too

I'm very happy with the poster, at least they didnt just have the male actor as always (Heropanti 2 poster). Of course they've got a separate one for Ahaan though.
I've heard pritams name a lot so I'm hoping hes good. The thing that worries me is people tend to have a high expectations which almost always simmers down so I dont want to keep huge expectations. It's just I've been waiting for this one since a long time so it will suck if they didnt leave up to the original. The fact they're releasing this in cinemas means they have a lot of faith in the movie.
Hoping you're right about Ahaan, he needs to nail this character for us to connect.
@Bold Yes. This is her test, if this one fails then well we may just have to tolerate in movies like heropanti all the time.
