Feel sorry for her parents. They have got old. One is recovering from cancer. At this time, it is children’s turn to take care of their parents. Here they have a bratty teenager who is in her late forties.

Probably Hritik could have stayed at home for them. But his own family issues must have kept him away. He also have children at impressionable age. So he may not prefer them to stay with an addict. (Her own daughter is raised by her dad).

Unfortunately Indian parents would never want to leave their children alone, if the children are in helpless condition. Even if their energy is drained out, they want to help their children. So here, the ailing parents at their old age are taking care of a tantrum throwing child in its forties, while sensible one stays away from them.

They can’t even say that straight on her face as she has depression issues. Handling a person with mental illness is much more challenging than physical illness for the nearest. By the time she realises their value, it would be too late.

Lot of things and misunderstandings in this forum.

1. Sunaina was given work to do. She was even made co-producer of some films of FilmKraft. Hrithik got her to write books. He even promoted her blog n tried to make her feel good by promoting her battle against cancer, mental health issues and overweightness.

2. While her daughter stays with her father, she is very close to Hrithik and his parents. He takes care of her, promotes her food business and even makes sure that the girl joins him, his sons, his cousins for regular vacations bcoz there is nothing more sad than a daughter who has a Mom who is incapable of taking care of herself - let alone her.

3. When Sunaina ran away to marry some guy, her parents understandably cut off ties. But, it was Hrithik who mended them after seeing she was happy and then, they got them formally married. She was suffering from Cancer and Hrithik bore all the expenses as her husband could not. Later, even this marriage of hers ended.

4. Hrithik moved out for his mental peace but he lives just 5-10 mins away from his parents and everyday, either he visits them or they visit him. Even Sunaina keeps staying with him from time to time. He himself has lot of Health n personal issues. And being youngest and introvert, i dont think he has anyone in his family who he can talk to openly except probably his mom. He has an uneasy but respectful relation with this father. Yet, he has been doing his duty not only towards his parents, sister, her daughter, his cousins but also towards his sons and even his ex-wife and her family. While managing his work commitments. Someone has to earn in the family - everyone cannot keep sitting at home taking care of a 47 yrs old kid. This is a lifelong issue and will never end. And even if Hrithik is not there 24/7, they have sufficient staff to take care of his parents n sister for all needs.

5. Lastly, the amount of money and tolerance they have shown towards Sunaina in handling not just her health issues but also her self created personal issues - is something not many would do. She is very very fortunate that despite causing so much grief, she still has a loving and caring family. She cannot be left alone and it is not bcoz of money. But bcoz the last time, she did stay alone, she came back with depression, overweightness and alcohol issues.

After so much effort, her health has been brought to track atleast physically. But, there is no cure for mental issues and that is causing her go to her old ways of drinking etc. I dont think she even realizes what she says. They hv tried their best to give her a normal lifestyle unlike Aamir or SRK who locked up their siblings from public eye. Though Aamir also tried his best to help his brother's career. But, there is only so much you can do in such cases. Maybe she wud hv been better had she not had other physical ailments. It must be very difficult for her doctors to give her medicines to manage her mental health as they hv to take care of all factors in her case.

Lol how people perspective change in 2-3 days , just yesterday everyone was sympathising with sunaina and blasting kangu ( for fake blind and all ) and today everyone is blasting sunaina because she is speaking against her own family 😆

What is wrong if she wants independence and doesn't want to live in the shadow of her family ? She looks like she is unwell (may be depressed by the looks of it ) and may be all the restrictions and her helplessness is the reason behind it , why can't they just help her out and let her go and if things don't work out then she can come back on her own will .

They may think rescuing her is loving but all they are doing is enabling bad behavior. Keeping her on a tight leash is not the answer either, she will never learn to make good descions on her own. She needs behavior modification pronto!

Poor Hrithik. It goes to show that stars are people too, with average Joe problems.

Else, everyone knows she is a known harasser and she has been planting Fake blinds ever since she laid her dirty eyes on Hrithik.

Now, coming to the topic, what do u mean she wants independence? Did u even read what illness she has? No responsible parent will allow their child to have a drink if she just came out of cancer. If u dont know anything, better to remain silent on the topic

Sunaina is a child 😲as far a i know she is a grown up who is being bashed here for npot being independent and depending on her parents.

No responsible parent will also let their child suck and make them feel like they are in prison , nowadays even little children don't like it and she is a grown up. She needs to have that independent to make her own choices and then learn from it if she makes a mistake and her family should be there for her if she needs help. She can't just spend her life being miserable and only by doing sewa of her parents.
