Improvising is not a bad thing as long as there is no harassment involved .. If the last minute changes made Tanu uncomfortable , it needed to be addressed ... So just by that , I can certainly conclude the crime was grave ..

To answer your other questions - yes & yes ... Bollywood has been doing it for far too long , how do you think so many got away with their wrong doings ?...Its easy to spread negative stories about the victim & suppress the reality .. It needs to change .. There must a fear of wrong doing .. Apparently, the fear of Karma is not doing its job .. Kalyug most probably .. So we have to step in with other means to substitute for it ..
