After months of rumours, Aamir Khan
has been confirmed for the biopic based
on India's first astronaut, Rakesh
Sharma.
A statement from the film's publicist also
confirmed that Khan will be producing
the film, along with Ronnie Screwvala
and Siddharth Roy Kapur. It will be
directed by Mahesh Mathai. The film will
be known as Salute'.
Khan is currently shooting for Thugs Of
Hindostan' in Malta. This will be the
actor's second biopic after
Dangal' (2016).
