I loved her performance in Kapoor and Sons
She was phenomenal.

I was ok with award going to Shabana as she was brilliant in Neerja. Tough choice I guess

I am not ok, shabanaji was awesome too but ratna's role was much more challenging and layered ..

She definitely deserved award !!

But if they start giving 2 awards in each category, it'll become a joke.
