Rahul Bhatt not to star in 'Dabangg 2'

'Dabangg' producer thrashes reports about the Bhatt lad starring in the sequel.

When Rahul Bhatt entered 'Bigg Boss 4' house, he expressed his desire to become Salman Khan's bodyguard. But as days passed, his ambitions changed and Rahul revealed his Bollywood aspirations and declared that he wants to become an action/romantic hero.

Ever since, rumours have been abuzz about Rahul Bhatt making his big Bollywood debut with 'Dabangg 2'. However, the film's producer Arbaaz Khan out rightly denies the reports.

When contacted, Arbaaz said, "I too heard and read about Rahul starring in 'Dabangg 2'. But it's not true. No such thing as yet. If eventually a role does develop that needs Rahul, I would surely and willingly cast him."

'Dabangg 2' is currently in the scripting stage and the cast will be decided only once the script is final.
