Wouldn't it have been better for Maya to wait and find an opportunity to put blame on janhvi... That would have been more believable since she tried to get her killed before too and Mathurs are too nice to kill anyone...

@Ami I dont want Jhanvi to die. I would prefer Maya dying, exposing the truth of what Ashwin did to her and let Jhanvi live a life where she is constantly reminded how she failed the child. Death is an easy punishment. it has to be life.

Lol you think it will ever happen??? In an episode she apologized yeh sab meri galti hai Maine Maya ko janam Diya... Like dude seriously that is the only thing you blame yourself for??? She doesn't think she did anything wrong in Maya's upbringing except giving birth to her..

At time it seems like janhvi is more scared for her own fate than saanjh's...
Though suman said she will poison Maya but she never thought of doing it... Whereas Saanjh is her own daughter...
But janhvi went ahead to kill her... And that night when Maya came she was totally scared of what Maya said to her... Not for anyone else like Saanjh got scared when she threatened to kill Arjun.. Ayan got scared for arohi...

I dont know Ami, but what is the harm in expecting till the last episode 😆😆. Maya had once prayed to God. I did the mistakes punish me and save maa, when Ashwin had tried to kill Jhanvi. Infact God had saved Jhanvi again and again, while Maya bore the punishment because she herself had asked for it. Now there are couple of other prayers by Maya " Maa Mahalakshmi dont leave Arjun's hand", then to Lord Ganesha " Forgive me even you cannot come between us" . All these prayers has to be delivered somehow. The whole funda is how these prayers will get delivered.

This may be hilarious but Saanjh is the most dumb character ever written in the history of beyhadh, and I just have to mention this, who can change the whole perspective.

@Y12345 Saanjh is not the dumb character. She is not. She may not win the IPC cases, but she know s, how to get what she wants as far as society goes. She follows the image of a so called perfect woman as far as the society goes to the dictum. She does almost nothing, but she ensures everyone feels she does everything.

Throughout the whole show, Saanjh keeps on whining, shouting at the top of her lungs that Maya is bad and mad, and she is so sure about that, she can bet her whole life on it. And screaming with that arrogant look of hers, say that she is confident in her stance.

But according to the law, a mad person, like Maya as Saanjh devi calls it cannot be convicted of murder( if you go by the definition of murder in law). I'm sure when they written Saanjh character, they made sure they had to make her the dumbest lawyer ever. Because that's what it is. Saanjh devi with contradicting statements and .. **runs** before I get bashed.

Usually a defence lawyer that Saanj - she was in her career- took the role of a prosecuting lawyer in Maya's case even as Maya became her own lawyer when her hired lawyer back-stabbed her , walking away!
So, the clever prosecution lawyer did not forget to call the asylum doctor to come & testify Maya's condition as an important prosecution witness!
The doctor was categorical in his opinion & gave a clean chit to Maya except for a minor ailment something like a possible depression, affecting her!
So, the Judge did not have any difficulty in sentencing her to death when the arguments concluded!
This was how the episode panned out, clearing any doubts that one might have about Maya's mental illness problem, once for all!
Maya's brain is a medical marvel that can give the best research scholars in pharma & medical field a run for their money! She can invent things with zero investment or budget to fund such studies!
Her business calibre was well proven as she established her empire at a very young stage in life, perhaps even without a formal education!
Maya's spiritual mind was also on display when she was sporting Gita at times, both for her own mental sukoon & preaching some dumb fools- the likes of Saanjh or Arjun- once in a while!
Maya can also do telepathy or mind-reading as she used to predict what would be the next move of her opponents so that she can stay ahead of them in their mind games!
If ever Maya were to die-she could possibly think of donating her brain for medical research so that the best physicians in the country would have an opportunity to make a study on that, unraveling the wonders hidden in her head!

She couldnt fix one thing in Arjun's life in S1. Nor relation with vm, nor his fear of hospitals or keep him in a job or discipline him. But still everyone thinks she can work miracles. Maya did all the above things, still Maya cannot be accepted.

In S2 it was the shield of Ayan that kept her floating. Ayan went to jail. VM was in Maya's house, broke her hand, while in the name of evidence collection for Ayan she went to prove to Arjun Maya is bad and mad which led to Prem's death. She didnt do anything much to save Ayan, still it felt she did a lot of things.

Then when Samay trapped her, she cried Arjun has to give proof of friendship and sat in the mandap. Maya sent Arjun to save shubham and Saanjh. Arjun saves her.

Then she comes for Maya's godhabarai creates drama, shouts to vm that Maya tried to kill Ayan and baby dies. Arjun blames vm and she too blames vm conveniently forgetting the drama she did.

Then finally she goes and tells the day Maya dies she will take seven rounds with Arjun. Then when Maya sends her presents starts screaming playing a victim so that she is pampered.

Finally marries Arjun. Now wants child. Doesnt matter if Maya gives it. Her life will be complete. Husband a business man, a baby and she a society lady who whines at the drop of a hat with a sob story. She perfectly fits the bill of what the indian society writes for a girl.
