They are still in the lift…
Maan keeps watching Geet…
Maneet eyelock….
Geet becomes restless…. What’s Maan upto?
Why is he keeping her waiting?
Can’t he just ask her? Geet can’t wait to hear it from Maan…
If possible she is all ready to even tie the knot…
Why not? They both know that they are made for each other…
Geet needs Maan at every point of her life, and now it’s become a habit for Geet to let Maan take care of her….
The lift stops and the door opens..
They have reached the terrace…
Its almost like they are in the sky…
The lift opens into the starry night….
Maan gets out and gives a hand to Geet…
He holds her hand and takes her in…
It’s a poolside restaurant, and there is not a sign of any party, no glittering lights, no fancy décor… and specially there is no one except the two of them…
Maan knows Geet likes her to have her own space…
He has even kept the service people away…
There is a table light with candle…
Maan makes Geet sit there…
Geet looks at the open sky and the reflection of the moon in the pool waters..
How beautiful it is?
Maan then goes and brings the cake….
It’s a simple chocolate cake baked by Sheetal specially for Geet just like Geet likes her birthday cake, home baked by Ranno….
Maan lights the candles and asks Geet to blow ..
Maan sings the birthday song for her just like Darji does…
“Happy birthday to you
Happy birthday to you
Happy birthday, dear Geet
Happy birthday to you.”
Geet cuts the cake and gives it to Maan first…
Maan holds her hand and takes it to her mouth…
Maan: pehle tum Geet
Just like Maninder does ..
Geet takes a bite….
Its too delicious to stop with a bite….
Geet goes for another bite .
Maan pulls her hand towards himself and takes a bite…
Geet: woh mera tha
Maan: jab tum hi meri ho toh ye kaise tumhara ho sakta hai Geet?
Geet melts hearing that…
Maan then takes out the ring and proposes Geet in style…
Maan: will you marry me Geet?
Geet: ye bhi koi poochne ki baat hai?
Maan: that’s how you respond to a proposal, wah Geet
Geet: that’s what you get when you propose without even saying “I Love you Geet”
Maan: isse kehne ki zaroorat kya hai Geet?, jab ye baat hum donno ko pehle se hi patha hai
Geet: phir bhi, mujhe sunna hai
Maan: I love you Geet, ab kush
Geet suddenly hugs Maan…
Maan happily takes her in his arms….
Geet: I love you too Maan
Geet’s eyes well up as she gets emotional….
Maan wipes of her tears with his fingers….
Maan: nahi Geet, mujhe tumhare ansoon se sakht nafrat hai
Geet: thanks for everything Maan
Maan puts his fingers on her lips….
Maan: chup bilkul chup
Geet: aaise kyun ghur rahe ho? Isse pehle kissi ko kaana khathe hue dekha nahi hai kya?
Maan: what?
Maan comes out of his dream..
Geet: I know what your problem is, how could one eat that when you have got biriyani in front like this? So, do you want some?
Maan: no, I’m good
Maan tries to eat his pasta…
But that doesn’t taste any good after seeing the yummy delicious biriyani, just like Geet said….
Maan has to be content with whatever he has got as of now… be it his love or food, he messes up with everything, haina? Else he would be having that super tasty biryani with his beloved wife right now….
After lunch…
Maan: now tell me who’s next, and where should we go?
Geet says the area name and Maan asks her to Google the address for he wants to keep her mind engaged before she goes into her imagination again…
Geet guides him seeing the Map…
Geet gets a call in the middle…
Its Adi… Geet is scared… why is Adi calling now….
Geet cuts the call but Adi calls again…
Adi has some details about the enemy…
There is already a case going on against the United Builders…
Adi has got access to everything about the case….
Some NGO from that area has filed the case and got the stay order…
But they too are not strong enough financially to oppose Rahul…
They should help them in order to stop that Rahul….
They need to talk with that NGO….
Maan takes the call and puts the mobile on speaker…..
Maan: baat karo Geet, mujhe bhi sunna hai ki aaisa kaisi zaroori baat hai
Adi: Geet, one good news
Geet: that’s great, I’m busy now, lets talk later
Adi: Geet, I have got proof against Rahul
Maan: mujhe patha hai ki aaisa hi koi baat hogi
Geet: Adi, Maan tumse baat karna chahte
Geet tries to warn him….
Adi: what? Maan sir? Sir, I don’t know anything, it’s only Geet’s idea, I know you won’t like it, I tried to warn Geet already
Maan: Adi, tum log abhi tak uss Rahul ke peeche pade ho?

Adi: ha ha ha ha ha, Geet ab tum hi Maan sir ko sab batha dho, kyun ki mein kuch nahi jaantha, Maan sir, meine kuch nahi kiya
Geet: kya?
Adi: ha ha ha ha ha, Haan Geet, mein phone rakhta hoon
Geet: thanks Adi, bas yahi baaki tha
Adi cuts the call shivering…
But Maan has found out the truth….
Maan: Geet, what are you doing?
Geet: nothing, just doing what Dadi asked me to do
Maan: Geet, I don’t understand what you really want?
Geet: I want my Maan back
Maan looks at Geet in confusion…
Geet: I want to give you back whatever you have lost because of me, your happiness and your peace of mind, in short I want to give you back the life you deserve which I just ruined
Maan smiles looking at Geet as if telling her that she is wishing for something which is never going to happen….
Maan: what’s gone is gone Geet, you can easily fix a broken heart but how will you fix an already dead heart ?
Geet then stops arguing with him….
Later that evening Maan calls Adi….
Adi doesn’t answer since he is so frightened…
Maan keeps calling…
Adi picks up the call for Maan would came and meet him if he doesn’t attend the call…
Adi: sir, sorry sir
Maan: I’ll forgive you, first tell me what you have found out about that Rahul
Adi: woh woh, kuch khaas baat nahi sir
Maan: Adiiii
Adi: sir, meine Geet se promise Kiya hai sir
Maan: Adiiiii
Adi: sir, Geet bahut achchi hai sir, she wants to help you, don’t get angry with her, she really cares for you
Maan: tum log mere madat karenge?
Adi: nahi sir , par Geet bahut toot gayi sir, Geet ko apni galti ko samajh gayi sir, she really wants to help us sir
Maan: if you really want to do something for me, just tell me what you know about that Rahul
Adi: sir, someone has got the papers that show that the United Builders cheated on the quality of the concrete mix for that building where that Suman died, he also has photo proof of Suman stuck in the debris of the accident scene, of we can get hold of them then we can put that criminal behind the bars with the help of that Pammy who is ready to tell the truth in court

Maan doesn’t understand why Geet is so desperate to get the project back for KC…
Is she doing this for KC or Maan?
Maan realizes that Geet wants to do something to undo what she has done already….
But that’s not possible, you can’t undo something that you did wrong by doing a hundred right things, what’s done is done…
