Whole Handa Family was now in Delhi. Handas were staying in a guest house Maan had booked for them. But he had been traveling himself. Tomorrow will be their engagement. All preparation was done but Geet will only start her preparation once Maan will place his foot in Delhi.

Even Khurana’s were upset with Maan. Tomorrow was engagement and he has not arrived yet.

They had to select the ring today. Both families reached the jewelers and started looking for the ring but Geet’s eyes were looking at the door. Maan had promised her he would select her ring himself. Later Geet simply started looking at things randomly. She was self made busy when she felt a hand slid in her waist and then soft kiss on her one cheek. Several sensations ran down her in anticipation. She turned and he raised his eyebrows with a smile. All Geet’s anger just vanished and involuntarily she hugged him and then soon realized they were in the shop. She separated and was red.

“Everyone is busy, I escaped everyone and directly here with you” with that Geet came to sense and got angry on him and turned other side, her eyes now filled with tears

“sorry” he said in a low husky voice. But Geet did not turn. He moved close to her from behind and brought his face near her “Okayyyy… then i am going out” and she turned to see he was gone. Tears filled Geet’s eyes.

Geet looked at Nandu and Rajeev together, selecting their rings. Geet felt choked. Can he not pamper her anger even a bit? and then thought “What was the use of showing anger when he is back after 2 months. Now you made him upset” but soon there was ping in her phone. She checked to see Maan’s message

“I am standing outside. If you don’t come at count 10, I am coming and taking you out in my arms throughout the shop. My count starts now.”

Geet gasped, he didn’t even give her time to think, she ran out and saw him standing cooly with his arms crossed across his chest, sunglasses on his eye and smile on his lips. Geet reached him and hit him on his chest, but he pulled her to him

“You are really really really bad” “I know” and he placed a soft kiss on her cheeks. Geet was shocked, they were standing in the marketplace, outside the shop.

“Go sit inside orrrr..” he looked intently at her and pulled her to him. Geet turned red and quickly went and sat inside the car. Her anger rose again, since he has come all he is doing is warning her. “I am upset, he doesn’t even care. How have I spent these months without him around?” Maan was quietly driving, in between stealing a look at her and smiling and Geet was all the time looking outside. But can anger stand against the heart which was dying to take his look? She kept stealing look at his face, trying to not make him know, but Maan knew, he knew Geet very well.

Later he stopped his car on a farm with yellow mustard plants in long parallel lines. He got down from the car and went to the other side. Geet was about to get out when he bent down and picked her up in his arms and just this and Geet’s anger vanished and shyness took over. He softly placed her on ground and then sat down on his knees and bent his head down

“All punishment accepted. I know I am your culprit with no excuse.” Geet sat down on knees and hugged him “You know I can’t see you like this. Why are you troubling me?”She separated, held his cheeks between her palms and placed a soft kiss on his one eye, then on the other. Man smiled. Geet then moved to the tip of his nose and placed a soft kiss there, then one by one both his cheeks and in flow she placed peck on his lips then she realized what she had been doing. She separated, turned red and looked down “Missed you so much” she said in a low voice, redness all over her as she was crushing her hands together. Maan’s heart was full of joy, with a smile on his face and tease in his eyes. He pulled her to him, which made him fall on ground and she was on top of him. He swirled, holding on her, making himself on top of her.

Geet was all lost, the feeling of being so near him, under him and then her shyness of being like this with him.

“Now it’s my turn to tell how much I missed you” he winked. Geet’s brain went on vacation as he was so close and in so naughty state. She was lost in feeling him over her, his face so close. But before her thought would go more wandering, he placed his lips on her, rolled his tongue on her lips, all lost Geet involuntarily opened them for him to push his tongue inside. And then he was all exploring her mouth with his tongue, his lips sucking hers till she started responding and participating in equal fervor

After he separated, he swirled again and brought her on top

“Missed you like hell. You have all rights to complain and you can to me. What do I do? Who do I complain?”

“You… with me… like this” Geet was not able to comprehend

“You don’t like it?” he asked making genuine face

“No… not that”

“You like it” he teased and she hit him on his chest

“First you were not here the whole time since marriage is fixed and now all you are doing is teasing me.”

“You don’t like my teasing” Geet hugged him, placing herself all on him. Maan was gone with closeness

“I like everything with you and what you do.”

“But Geet, we can’t do everything now. We should wait till marriage. What do you think?” he said in a serious tone, but Geet knew he was still on a spree of teasing her.

She got up and started walking away. Maan ran behind her and held her wrist and pulled her to him. She placed her head on his chest “Missed all your stupidity” He smiled and kissed her forehead.

“I was working hard to wrap up a few things so we get some ten fifteen days to spend together after our engagement.” Her eyes brightened

“Ten Fifteen Days” she exclaimed. With his busy schedule, she knew how precious this was. “Hmmm…” and he simply held her to him, kept looking at her face.

“Abb chalen” she broke his beauty admiring session

Maan brought shock on his face and wide opened his mouth “Bored with me so soon”

Geet laughed and closed his mouth. She knew this was all his ways to entertain her and take her sadness of separation time away.

“If you don’t remember, let me remind you. We have our engagement tomorrow and you need to select ring for me”

Geet saw a smile and sparkle in his eyes. He glued her to him and raised his eyebrows “What do you think?”

“You already have?” she exclaimed. He separated, closed her eyes with his one hand.

“No not now. I want to see a surprise in my engagement.” Maan kept the box inside his pocket.

Geet then sat on the ground and Maan lay on the ground, his head on her lap. Geet knew he simply loved this position. They sat like that for long, absorbing the feel of togetherness. How their life is going to start for oneness from tomorrow. It was all part of being a social being. Otherwise they were already one from heart. Both keep the other above their own self.

Later Maan dropped Geet to their guest house and left. On his way back he dialed the number

“Adi, I want you to personally handle that matter. You very well know how to do it. Proper message with adequate sweet warning. I don’t want a single remark coming, making even a spot of stress on Geet’s face.”

“Sir, rest assured. Message sent from Khurana Group, customized properly for each stakeholder of this case. It will be a happy event tomorrow. On me sir.”

“Thanks Adi.” He disconnected.

He then got another call, it was again important

“Sir have been trying to reach you whole day”

“Yes, my phone was silent. Have been busy in important meeting whole day”

“Sir, we have all the information. We have also worked with all contacts. With your money and power sir, they will hand him over to you.” Maan was genuine when business was concerned but one cannot run the business successfully and be one top just by staying on ethics. Maan very well knew how to use his power and money to get things twisted in his favor. And he used it when needed. Especially when his loved ones are involved, he does not hesitate to use his power and money. But he did nothing blindly, he will judge all the spheres and then decide his action and then his ways.

“Till tomorrow, I want you to be completely silent on it. Do not even think about it. I want the engagement to happen with peace and happiness. We will connect on this day after tomorrow. What you and your team need to do till then is keep complete watch and make sure no word is out on this.”

“Done Sir.”

Maan reached home, wearing a darling son of house avatar, with a big smile on his face.

Annie and Vicky came to welcome him “Bhai it’s your engagement tomorrow and you are here today. I really hope Bhabhi do not decide to dump you soon” everyone laughed

Kamini came forward and held his ears “what do you guys think? He has already played with his charm on her.”

“Mom…”

Later:

Kamini and Savitri Devi were then busy with preparation and in their own worries

“We have accepted Geet and Maan is so happy. What do you think, Kamini?”

“I think we are on the same line Maa. Geet is a very sweet girl, very unique. But it is also true, on my own will I would have never selected her for Maan. She doesn’t fit in my criteria for Maan. But when I see Maan with her, the spark and smile that I see on his face is precious. And I can bet no other girl, not my choice or your choice would have been capable of bringing that on his face.”

“Yes, it’s true. She does not fall in our criteria but I feel their relation is somewhere above the criteria. Today when I saw them in a shop together, the way they were together, it seems they know each other from God knows when. There was flavor of new blooming love as well as comfort of knowing each other from so long”

“And what about us? We have to accept her with whole heart” said Savitri Devi

“I think we will. The day she becomes a member of this family, you will be the first one to make her daughter of this house, just like you did with me. I know you so well.” She paused and then started again

“And what I think is, we are so much confused till she is not a member of our family. The day she is part of family, she is ours and we will automatically love her like other kid”

“A little more I guess. She has a loving family who love her. She will leave them and come to us. Aur pyaree toh hai woh”

“Hmmm…. Pyaree toh hai. Maan ke jaan bhi hai” they laughed and decided to participate and prepare with full zeal for the new relationship.

Other side at Handa’s, Geet was being badly teased. Whole family were happy for Geet’s happiness. After seeing so much in life, they had lost all hope of such happiness knocking at her door. But now that it has come, Geet being all in love, Maan pampering her so much, their happiness has no bound. So all their preparations were done and they were all busy teasing her on Maan being back just a day before.

“So what he was busy” Geet fought back their teasing

“Ohhh so his work is more important than you. It’s ok, you can manage” Nandu teased

“He missed me equally”

Rajji said “You let him go so easily… hwww Di. Aise chut nahi dete mardon ko” Geet threw pillow on her and they were all three running in the house

“Badi aaiyee mardon ko janne wali… wait.. You just wait.”

Later Ranoo and Tayi ji scolded them to go to bed. Geet in bed was all lost in her day with Maan and him. Remembering his kiss and blushing. Nandu caught her

“Okay now stop blushing and sleep. It told me enough of your day with Jiju” Geet threw pillow on her. They switched off the lights and slept.
