Hi all so sorry for abandoning you all for such a long time, unfortunate circumstances over the last few months but back now. Here’s a mini moment. It sets the foundations for one or two moments I’ve been wanting to write for a while now.

Name : Shri Johnson

Age: 18

Occupation: looking for a job ..

Languages: Sign language 

Scribbled the girl wondering when this application form would come to a end. 10 mins later she was done.

“I’d like to hand this to Mr Bajaj please” she had scribbled on a notepad which she held out for them receptionist. 

“Sure please take a seat”replied Rishabhs receptionist explaining there would be some waiting. 

..

Some time later 

“Thank you” smiled Rishabh as he took the resume over his desk.
This was a first Indeed, no one had  ever insisted to him meet in person just hand over a application form. He admired the initiative.  
The girl smiled and then stood when she could see Mr Bajaj didn’t have any questions and was just about to leave the room when she remembered something and turned back.

“Could I have your autograph she asked?”. Something which he made out from what he’d learnt of sign language a long time ago for little kuki. 

He nodded watching her take out a copy of his book from her simple fabric shoulder beg and hand it over. 

Rishabh opened up the book and scribbled on the first page.

Shri left the room with a smile but left Rishabh with strange feeling. 

Leaning back in his chair he looked upon the picture of kuki sat on his desk. What could have been his daughters future had just occurred to him. 

Dialling Bajaj house without reason or thought only to hear his daughters voice seemed the only thing to do.

George picked up the house phone.

“George is Kuki with you?” He asked.

“She is indeed” replied George.  

..”Pa?” said kuki after a pause and Rishabh felt his mind clear and settle.

“Is that you?”Asked kuki ..

 Rishabh felt like he could smile hole heartily once again ” yes love, it is”..

A little conversation later Rishabh put down the phone and rising from his chair he walked to the window of his office to look out at the landscape. In doing so he noticed the girl board and then off board a bus. It looked to be some dispute about fare.
