Zain Imam: "I now focus on being natural rather than Perfect"

Zain Imam, who plays Teerth in Prateek Sharma and Parth Shah's Suman Indori, shared that TV shows continue to be a source of comfort for many viewers

"They offer relatable stories and characters that people connect with on an emotional level. In a busy world, TV shows provide a sense of familiarity and relaxation. TV shows offer a space where audiences feel entertained and sometimes even find inspiration," he said.

He is amazed to see how TV has evolved. He said, "The content is now more diverse, experimental, and inclusive. With digital platforms gaining popularity, creators are exploring fresh narratives and unique concepts."

"It’s great that the industry is adapting to audience preferences and offering more engaging and meaningful stories," he added.

Zain stressed that it's important for the content to change as per the audience's liking. He said, "The audience is the heartbeat of the entertainment industry. Their preferences and feedback shape the kind of content we create."

"When creators listen to the audience and adapt, it builds a stronger connection. Shows that reflect current issues, trends, and emotions tend to resonate more and leave a lasting impact," he added.

He also mentioned that he has grown a lot as an actor. "Every project has taught me something new, both personally and professionally. From understanding different characters to exploring various emotions, each experience has added to my journey," he said.

"I’ve learnt to be more spontaneous and authentic in my performances. Working with talented directors, co-stars, and creators has also helped me refine my skills. And I believe growth is continuous; I’m still learning every day," Zain ended.
