YRKKH: Akshara weeps as Abhir questions her about his real father, Abhinav discovers Abhir’s letter

The episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai today starts with Akshara facing obstacles on the day of her exam due to a landslide. Despite explaining her situation, she is denied entry by a strict examiner. Disheartened, she leaves the exam hall feeling like her dreams are falling apart. Abhimanyu follows her and witnesses her losing hope. Akshara believes she has failed even before attempting and regrets not being able to do anything for her family. Abhimanyu sympathizes with her.

Meanwhile, Abhinav and Abhir surprise Akshara at college, but she hides from them to avoid worrying them. Abhimanyu comes to Akshara's aid and encourages her. Surprisingly, the same examiner who denied her entry earlier asks Akshara to hurry and take the exam. She runs back to the hall to write her paper.

After the exam, Akshara comes out and sees Abhimanyu with the examiner, realizing that he helped her. Abhimanyu expresses his guilt for her missing the exam. On the other hand, Kairav tries to meet Muskaan but is deceived by her friend. Muskaan feels upset about it.

Akshara worries that Abhir might know the truth and Abhinav assures her that he will handle everything. However, she hesitates to reveal the truth to Abhinav, fearing it will hurt him. On the other hand,  Muskaan shares her thoughts with a friend, believing Kairav doesn't truly love her and is only driven by guilt.

Later, Abhimanyu surprises Akshara, Abhinav, and Abhir, but Akshara stops Abhir from going with him, wanting to have a conversation with him. Meanwhile, Abhinav finds a letter from Abhir, but it slips from his hands before he can read it.

When Akshara asks Abhir if he wants to say something, he reveals that he overheard her conversation with Abhinav and learned that Abhinav is not his biological father. Akshara feels guilty for suspecting Abhimanyu. Abhir assures her that he still loves and appreciates Abhinav as the best dad in the world but expresses his desire to find his real father. This question reminds Akshara of the painful past, and she promises to tell him the truth when he grows up. Abhir trusts her and thanks her, hugging her while she cries.

Abhinav retrieves the letter, but Abhimanyu quickly takes it, claiming it is an important document to hide the truth from Abhinav and protect his feeling.
