Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: Vidya fakes her blurry vision to stop Armaan from going back & leaving Abhira

In tonight's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai episode, Geetanjali expresses surprise when she learns that the dish prepared includes bottle gourd, something Armaan usually avoids. Both Armaan and Abhira are left stunned by the revelation. Sensing the awkwardness, Geetanjali offers to cook something else for him. However, Armaan insists on eating the prepared food instead of making a fuss.

Geetanjali recalls how Armaan has never shown interest in bottle gourd and usually doesn't even buy it. She then offers him some pickle to accompany the meal, but Armaan declines and quietly eats what Abhira has served. Observing this, Abhira senses Geetanjali's disappointment and politely asks her for the pickle to make her feel included. However, Armaan quickly intervenes, reminding Abhira that she's allergic to amla and shouldn't take the risk.

Meanwhile, Anshuman ends up spraining his neck while eating. Kaveri instructs Abhira to help him. Seeing Abhira tending to Anshuman makes Armaan visibly uneasy. Later, he asks Geetanjali if she feels uncomfortable around Abhira. Geetanjali replies that ever since they arrived in Udaipur, she's been seeing a different side of Armaan. He candidly admits that he only feels like his true self when he's with Maira.

Abhira overhears this conversation between Armaan and Geetanjali. She then steps forward to get hot water for Anshuman and ends up bumping into Armaan on the way. Anshuman continues to struggle with his neck pain, and Abhira helps ease it, while Armaan silently watches, growing more unsettled.

To break the tension, Kaveri jokes that the four of them go quiet too quickly and urges them to fix her radio. Both Armaan and Anshuman offer their help. Meanwhile, Abhira notices some sweets in the refrigerator. Geetanjali asks her to take, but Abhira politely declines.

As Armaan and Anshuman work on fixing the radio, Anshuman tells everyone he'll leave soon. Abhira steps in to assist with his sprain, which makes Armaan more restless. Just then, the radio starts playing a song, triggering emotional memories for both Armaan and Abhira. Frustrated, Abhira ends up damaging the radio.

Anshuman prepares to leave after meeting Vidya. Armaan confronts Abhira about how she knew the technique to fix Anshuman's sprain, and they accidentally get locked inside a room. In response, Abhira questions Armaan's unnecessary fuss over eating bottle gourd. The conversation quickly escalates into a heated argument, with him pulling her close. Eventually, Geetanjali and Anshuman discover that Armaan and Abhira have accidentally gotten locked inside a room.

Inside, Armaan notices a glass shard in Abhira's foot and helps her remove it gently. Soon after, Kaveri escorts Abhira away from the situation.

Back at the Poddar house, the family finalises Krish and Tanya's wedding date. Kiara playfully scolds Krish for flirting with other women now that his wedding is confirmed. Tanya decides she'll inform Anshuman about the development. Meanwhile, Kajal advises Krish to stay focused on his upcoming marriage. Sanjay firmly declares that the wedding must go ahead without any obstacles.

Kiara privately wonders why Tanya hasn't backed out of the alliance yet. Krish sarcastically suggests that just as Kiara once pursued Abhir even after rejection, Tanya might be making the same mistake. Kiara silently hopes Tanya doesn't walk down the same path she once did.

Elsewhere, Vidya's bandage comes off, and she starts seeing clearly again. She becomes emotional seeing everyone around her, her eyes welling up with tears. But her smile fades the moment she notices Geetanjali. The family gets concerned seeing her teary eyes and repeatedly asks if her vision has returned or if she's experiencing any pain.

Despite their questions, Vidya decides to hide the truth. She fears that if everyone finds out she can see again, Armaan might go back to Mount Abu, leaving Abhira behind. She doesn't want to lose her son again after reuniting with him after so many years. So, she lies to the family, saying her vision is still blurry.

Meanwhile, Geetanjali begins preparing to leave. Armaan offers to drop her off. As he prepares to step out, he notices Abhira rushing out in a hurry after receiving a phone call from the orphanage. She seems desperate, hoping she will reunite with Pookie. However, her hope quickly fades when the caller mentions a birthmark. Abhira realises that the child cannot be Pookie, as no such birthmark exists. Heartbroken, she breaks down. Armaan quietly watches Abhira's pain and gets emotional, realising that she's still holding on to hope and searching for her missing daughter.
