Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: Geetanjali apologises to Abhira, latter refuses to talk about Armaan

The most awaited moment in Star Plus’ Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is finally here, Armaan is all set to confess his love to Abhira. Although he's engaged to Geetanjali and earlier lied about not loving Abhira anymore (which led Abhira to agree to marry Anshuman), Armaan still can’t stay away from her. To be near her, he joins the wedding celebrations as the event manager, hoping to fix everything before leaving for Mount Abu with Maira.

The drama heats up when Geetanjali and Maira arrive at the wedding. Geetanjali feels insecure seeing Maira bonding with Abhira and the Poddar family, so she tries to take Maira back to Mount Abu. But Maira refuses to leave. After an accident at the original venue, everyone shifts to the Goenka house for the remaining functions.

As the family waits for Abhira to arrive for her mehendi ceremony, Armaan, in a drunken state, gathers the courage to finally propose to her, bringing a major twist to the story.

As the audience eagerly waits for Armaan's big proposal, another unexpected twist unfolds — Geetanjali apologises to Abhira for her past behaviour. While Abhira is busy working in the kitchen, Geetanjali approaches her and expresses regret for being rude the other day. She explains that she has always been very possessive about Maira because she fears losing her and that’s why she spoke harshly with her. Abhira responds calmly and says that if she had a daughter like Maira, she might have been just as protective. She then quietly walks away, leaving Geetanjali deep in thought.

Ahead in the storyline, after both Anshuman and Armaan propose to Abhira one after the other, a new twist shakes things up as Armaan suddenly goes missing. Geetanjali becomes anxious and prepares to question Abhira about his whereabouts. Abhira, lost in her own thoughts while staring at the ring Armaan had given her after removing it, quickly hides it when Geetanjali enters. Geetanjali suspects that Abhira might be hiding something and asks directly, but Abhira avoids giving a clear answer.

Geetanjali mentions that she senses some ongoing tension between Armaan and Anshuman. She wonders if something happened at the Poddar house since Abhira had been there. Abhira denies knowing anything and suggests that Geetanjali should ask Armaan directly. Geetanjali reminds her that it was Abhira who brought Anshuman home, and since both men were at the Poddar house, she thought maybe Anshuman had confided in her. Growing increasingly worried about Armaan not answering calls, Geetanjali becomes restless.

Abhira, now frustrated, vents her emotions. She questions why Armaan is playing with everyone's feelings and says she no longer understands him. She even recalls Armaan admitting that he doesn’t know himself anymore. Overwhelmed, she requests Geetanjali not to ask her anything more about him.

Just then, Maira arrives and innocently asks Abhira if she has seen Armaan anywhere. Abhira reassures her that he will be back soon and urges her to sleep. But Maira insists she can only sleep after hearing stories from Armaan. Geetanjali tries to comfort her, but seeing this interaction leaves Abhira emotionally unsettled.
