Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: Armaan, Maira, and Abhira set to cross paths at Udaipur fair

Star Plus' long-running show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, starring Samridhii Shukla and Rohit Purohit, has taken a dramatic seven-year leap, bringing big twists to the story. The Poddar mansion is now known as the Bansal house, with Krish in charge and treating the rest of the Poddars unfairly. Abhira now lives a modest life in a chawl with Kaveri and Vidya.

On the other hand, Armaan is living in Mount Abu as a radio jockey and raising Pookie, now called Maira, alone. Maira doesn't know that Abhira is her real mother and wants Armaan to marry Geetanjali, who also has feelings for him. With Geetanjali and Dadu now part of Armaan's life, it remains to be seen whether Armaan will move on or if Abhira's return will change everything.

While Geetanjali has entered Armaan's life, Anshuman is the new person growing close to Abhira. In the recent episode, Abhira, Kaveri, and Vidya took part in a Vyapaar Darbar event meant for startups to pitch their ideas. Kaveri and Vidya failed to impress the panel, but Anshuman, one of the judges, was taken by Abhira's passion and capability. He learned more about her during Krish's engagement ceremony. The function turned dramatic when Kaveri slapped Krish, and later, Anshuman grew suspicious after seeing Abhira eating street food instead of being part of the family celebration.

In the upcoming episode of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Anshuman pays a visit to Abhira's house. During their conversation, he gently asks if he can hold her hand and then does so, leaving Abhira surprised. Just then, Kaveri and Vidya walk in and see him holding Abhira's hand. Observing the scene, Kaveri tells Vidya that Anshuman seems like a good man, while Vidya adds that he also comes from a respectable family. Both start considering him as a potential match for Abhira.

Meanwhile, Maira and Geetanjali win the audition for the intercity dance competition. Maira excitedly shares the news with Armaan and tells him that they'll be heading to Udaipur for the performance. However, hearing about Udaipur triggers Armaan's past memories, and in frustration, he firmly tells Maira that they won't go. When Maira questions him, he simply says it's because he has decided so.

On the other side, Abhira feels a sense of relief and hope. She reflects on how the past seven years have been tough, but now it seems like everything she lost might finally return to her in the upcoming fair.

Back with Armaan, he becomes emotional after finding a letter from Maira, who has left for the fair in Udaipur with Geetanjali. In the letter, she apologises but explains her decision to go to the Udaipur's fair. Armaan thinks that he had once walked away from Udaipur and all relationships for Maira, and now, for her sake, he will have to return to the same place.

Since Abhira is also heading to the same fair, it seems a big moment is approaching where Abhira, Armaan, and Maira may finally cross paths.
