Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: Aarohi passes away, Will Akshara be blamed?

The episode commences with the scene where the male characters receive a call on Aarohi's phone. They answer the call, and Shivu requests Aarohi to bring Akshu to a party. The warden then suggests kidnapping Akshu, as there are only two women at home, with Akshu being pregnant. He proposes demanding a hefty ransom in exchange for her release. However, one of the men questions how they can kidnap a pregnant woman, as their initial intention was theft. Undeterred, the warden believes that Akshu's family will pay a ransom, making them rich.

In the midst of this, Akshu calls out for Aarohi. Aarohi is left wondering where she might find Akshu and decides to call Manish from the landline. Aarohi urges him to return home quickly, explaining that some intruders have entered their house. Manish inquires about the identity of these intruders, causing great concern among everyone. Aarohi reveals that they had a confrontation with some men at the resort and implores him to come home as soon as possible. However, the warden severs the phone line, issuing threats. Akshu arrives at the scene, calling out for Aarohi, but Aarohi warns her not to approach and instructs her to go to her room and lock the door.

Puzzled by Aarohi's outburst, Akshu notices the warden and recognizes him. He confirms her suspicion and takes the opportunity to remind her of her previous accusation of him being a liar. Akshu attempts to resist, but the warden brandishes a knife and relishes in his malicious intentions. Akshu pleads with them to take anything they want and leave, but the warden remains resolute in his plan to kidnap her and demand a ransom, promising wealth as a result. Aarohi doesn't hold back and scolds him.

The warden reveals his sinister plan to kidnap Akshu and challenges Aarohi to stop him. He proceeds to drag Akshu away, but she feigns a coughing fit. One of the men dismisses her act, insisting that she accompany them. Akshu then signals to Aarohi, who implores the warden to show some humanity by giving water to the pregnant Akshu. The warden fetches some water, but Akshu drops the glass and retrieves a shard, warning him to stay away. She threatens not to spare him and instructs Aarohi to call the police.Shortly thereafter, Abhi and others arrive at the scene, where they are shocked to find Aarohi tending to Akshu and the captured criminals. Dadi expresses concern about their well-being, but Aarohi expresses gratitude for their timely arrival. Muskaan adds that they didn't need anyone else's assistance. Manjiri blesses Akshu and Aarohi.

The police arrive and apprehend the culprits. The inspector reassures them, promising to charge the criminals with theft. However, Akshu and Aarohi reveal the kidnappers' intentions to abduct Akshu and potentially harm her. The inspector pledges that the criminals will now face life imprisonment.

Akshu inquires about the children's whereabouts, and Shefali explains that they are at home with Parth, unaware of the incident. Suwarna advises Akshu and Aarohi to rest. Aarohi decides to stay until Ruhi returns and Manjiri requests to have Ruhi sleep with her for the night. Aarohi explains that Ruhi has a dance class the next day and promises to send her over. Akshu concurs, and the Birlas depart.

The next morning, Aarohi realizes that they lack a driver for the second car. Ruhi insists on driving herself, claiming she'll follow her friend's example. Aarohi is initially taken aback by the idea of Ruhi driving but eventually agrees. Ruhi gets upset when her request is denied and decides to drive the car to prove her point. Shefali is upset with Aarohi for not listening to Ruhi. Ruhi starts the car, and Akshu arrives, insisting that Ruhi exit the car. Ruhi resists and asserts her intention to drive, but Akshu persuades her to step out. However, Ruhi pulls the handbrake, causing the car to roll backward. Realizing her mistake, Ruhi apologizes as the car starts to move. Muskaan arrives and takes Ruhi with her, offering to buy her ice cream. Akshu, on the other hand, realizes that the car is sliding backward and rushes to stop it. Aarohi is occupied with a phone call and doesn't notice the impending danger. Suwarna and Surekha also witness the situation. Akshu enters the car and attempts to apply the brakes, but Aarohi only notices the car when it's too late. She is struck by the vehicle and falls onto some rocks, losing consciousness. Panicked, Akshu rushes to Aarohi, and Surekha and Suwarna follow suit. Akshu pleads with Aarohi to wake up, but Surekha scolds her.

In the next scene, Akshu acknowledges her role in the accident and declares that Aarohi has passed away.
