We are all quite aware of the creative side of the actress and painter Rashmi Pitre, who is best known for her role of Chaturi on 'Diya Aur Baati Hum'. The actress is quite known for her beautiful paintings along with her acting skills.

The actress turned a year older yesterday and having her special day fall on the occasion of Christmas, she has been blessed with extra happiness this birthday. She feels blessed to feel the presence of Santa around her. So, how did Santa make her day special? Let's find out from the actress herself.

An elated Rashmi told us, "Coopervision brand had bought my paintings and they have used in on their Christmas and New Year greeting cards to distribute among their customers in India and across the globe. Secondly, one of my painting exhibitions is also going on at IBAR in Bandra. It's a very nice co-incidence to see good things happening on my birthday and that also on Christmas. Like always, I had decorated a Christmas tree at home with lots of goodies. I have always gotten some good news on my special day, which makes me feel the presence of Santa around me."

"I have got so many messages and good wishes from my loved ones and fans and I would really like to thank them for this. I feel special," added Rashmi.
