What If...

"Actually my father and I have already planned that we would open up a restaurant as would go into the business.

Though I did not do any course related to Hotel business, I am sure that I will be able to manage it with my dad handling the accounts and management part of it.

I want to set up a hotel with a youth and classy ambience where people could come and relax. I remember going to a restaurant in Bandra where the atmosphere was excellent. It had a coffee shop on one side and  restaurant on the other. And the coffee shop had a very cozy atmosphere with a library aside and furniture to relax. It was an amazing treat for me. I would like to open something on those lines.

There could possibly be three sections wherein one section would be a coffee shop because people like to have coffee even during wee hours at night; the next section would be with a Mexican cuisine because that is my favourite now and the final section would be for Indian Khana.

If possible I would like to open my restaurant either in Delhi or Mumbai. And if it is in Mumbai I would like it to be in Malad because it is very comfortable for me and may be my family would also probably shift here."
