Vishal Pandey's family calls for action against Armaan Malik: "Arman does not deserve to stay on the show.."

Bigg Boss OTT 3 has been marked as one of the most controversial seasons yet. A recent shocking incident saw Armaan Malik slap Vishal Pandey, leading to a wave of reactions. In response to the altercation, Vishal's parents and sister issued statements defending the YouTuber. The confrontation stemmed from comments Vishal made about Armaan's second wife, Kritika Malik.

Previously, Vishal had confessed his admiration for Kritika. During a candid conversation with Lovekesh Kataria, Vishal whispered, "I am guilty of one thing here. Bhabhi (Kritika Malik) looks beautiful. I mean it in a good way." When these comments were addressed on ‘Weekend Ka Vaar' by Payal Malik, Armaan slapped Vishal. For raising his hands and violating the rules, Armaan has been nominated for eviction for the entire season. However, many feel that this punishment is insufficient.

Following the incident, Vishal's sister, Neha Pandey, took to Instagram to defend her brother. "I firmly believe my brother has done nothing wrong. He did not humiliate anyone, nor did he say anything inappropriate or have any ill intentions behind his comment. His genuine compliment was unfortunately misunderstood by Payal and Arman. As a family, we stand by him wholeheartedly. We trust him and know his character well. Every woman feels safe around him, and we see that Vishal has our full support," her statement read.

She further demanded Armaan’s removal from the show. "With his pure heart and intentions, it's clear that Arman does not deserve to stay on the show. He owes my brother a public apology, and Big Boss should take strict action by removing him from the show," she concluded.

Additionally, Vishal's parents released a video demanding justice for him, with his mother visibly upset about the incident. In their plea, both of Vishal's parents have urged the show's producers to take action against Armaan Malik following his conduct in the recent episode. "Please, Bigg Boss, I (Vishal's mother) request you to remove the person who hit my child from the house. We have raised him with love and never laid a hand on him. We did not send him to Bigg Boss to be assaulted. We cannot tolerate this at all. Since I heard about it, my heart has been sinking," they pleaded in the video.

His father continued, "The purpose of making this video is to address the episode that aired yesterday, which portrayed Vishal’s personality as fake. Vishal is showing exactly who he is. He has only one face, not two or three."

His father clarified on behalf of Vishal, emphasizing that Vishal's words were misinterpreted. He added that Vishal has openly praised Kritika in her presence. His mother questioned why action isn't taken against those who have targeted Vishal continuously, while his father highlighted recent incidents where Armaan mocked Vishal on the show, calling him names like Machar and Kacha Badam.
