TMKOC actors Tanmay Vekaria and Dilip Joshi have known each other for 18 years? These pictures confirm it

Tanmay Vekaria, known for his role as Bagha in Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, and his on-screen boss Dilip Joshi, who plays Jethalal, share a close bond that's a major source of entertainment. Although Tanmay joined the show later, they were theatre colleagues before the sitcom.

Before Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, Tanmay Vekaria and Dilip Joshi were part of the same theatre group, even touring internationally for performances. Amit Bhatt also appears in these older photos. These pictures, dating back 18 years, reveal that they all belonged to the same group and had extensive experience together before joining the popular sitcom.

Sharing these snaps from 2007, Tanmay Vekaria wrote, "Throwback: sharing some pics from theatre days, UK AND USA tour."

Following the release of these pictures, fans also identified Babu Chipke in the images. Babu Chipke, a character from Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, was played by an actor who made several cameo appearances on the show.

Also, Tanmay Vekaria and Disha Vakani, known as Dayaben, collaborated before Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah. They performed in various theatre shows together, and their performances were well-received.

Tanmay Vekaria, celebrated for his role as Bagheshwar Daddu Undhaiwala, or Bagha, in Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, has won over audiences. Initially introduced as Natu Kaka's nephew, he captivated viewers with his acting. His catchphrase, "Jaisi jiski soch," quickly gained popularity.

Tanmay also recently addressed rumors of his departure from the Sab TV show, stating that leaving was unimaginable. In a discussion with Filmigyan, Tanmay mentioned that he couldn't envision quitting Tarak Mehta. He recalled a period before joining the show and after a previous one was canceled. He explained that he had been without work for four months and considered leaving the industry. He contemplated taking a regular job and potentially quitting acting. However, he clarified that he never considered leaving Tarak Mehta.

The current cast of the show includes Dilip Joshi, Amit Bhatt, Mandar Chandwadkar, and Sonalika Joshi, among others, alongside Tanmay Vekaria.
