Tiger Shroff's mother Ayesha Shroff takes legal action; duped of Rs 58 Lakh

Bollywood actor Jackie Shroff's wife and former film producer, Ayesha Shroff, has found herself in the midst of a legal battle as she filed a case of cheating at Mumbai's Santacruz Police Station. The alleged amount involved is a staggering Rs 58 lakh, and the Mumbai Police are currently investigating the matter. Ayesha has lodged a complaint against a man named Alan Fernandes, accusing him of fraudulent activities.

The news caught the attention of media outlets, and even ANI took to Twitter to share the details of the case. According to their report, Alan Fernandes has been charged under various sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The tweet by ANI revealed, "Ayesha Shroff, wife of Bollywood actor Jackie Shroff has filed a case of cheating at Mumbai’s Santacruz Police station. A case has been registered against accused Alan Fernandes, under IPC sections 420, 408, 465, 467 and 468 and fraud of Rs 58 lakhs. Probe underway: Mumbai Police."

For the unversed, this is not the first time Ayesha Shroff has made headlines due to legal matters. In 2015, she filed a case against actor Sahil Khan, accusing him of cheating and criminal intimidation, claiming that he owed her a sum of Rs 4 crore.

Apart from her legal battles, Ayesha has had a modest presence in the film industry. She appeared in the film "Teri Baahon Mein" opposite Mohnish Bahl and ventured into production with Govinda's "Jis Desh Mein Ganga Rehta Hain" in 2003.
