Justin Lee Fisher, a former police officer turned private investigator, was recently arrested for trespassing at Travis Kelce's gated home in Leawood, Kansas. Fisher was attempting to serve legal documents on behalf of actor-director Justin Baldoni, according to Star Magazine.
The documents Fisher was trying to serve were related to the Blake Lively v. Justin Baldoni trial, though a judge had denied Baldoni's request for an extension. Fisher was arrested but later released on bond. He told the outlet, “I wasn’t hurt or anything besides being arrested for doing my job and possibly losing my (private eye) license.”
Heightened Security Concerns
While Fisher's actions were unrelated to the ongoing stalking of Taylor Swift, the incident has amplified security concerns for the singer and her relationship with Travis Kelce. This comes at a time of increased worry regarding the disappearance of Brian Jason Wagner, who has allegedly been stalking Swift since 2024.
Wagner has reportedly trespassed into Swift's Los Angeles home on multiple occasions and claims to have a child with her. Despite obtaining a temporary restraining order mandating Wagner to stay at least 100 yards away, he has evaded court proceedings and legal filings aimed at making the order permanent.
Taylor Swift's Security Concerns
Insiders told DailyMail that Swift is "very concerned" about Wagner because of the extreme lengths he has gone to invade her privacy. Her security team is on high alert, constantly monitoring threats both in real life and online. She has adjusted her promotional plans or scaled back appearances whenever her team deems online or in-person threats to be serious.
Swifties have been closely following this, given Swift's history with stalkers. Insiders suggest that the stalker's disappearance and recent security breaches underscore the need for high-profile individuals to remain vigilant.
Taylor Swift's History of Stalking and Security Challenges
Taylor Swift has faced a series of serious stalking incidents throughout her career, highlighting the ongoing threats to her safety. In 2015, Frank Edward Hoover threatened Swift's father, leading to his arrest and a subsequent ten-year probation sentence. David Crowe was arrested in 2024 after repeated attempts to break into Swift's New York home. Eric Swarbrick was convicted for sending threatening letters, while Mohammed Jaffar and Roger Alvarado were charged with trespassing and breaking into her residences. These incidents underscore the need for continuous security measures to protect the singer.
