Tanu Weds Manu 3: Kangana Ranaut to make a grand comeback with Aanand L Rai's movie?

Kangana Ranaut in Tanu Weds Manu is one of the best performances of modern Bollywood. The good news is that Aanand L Rai and his co-writer Himanshu Sharma have locked the script for the third movie of Tanu Weds Manu series. Tanu Weds Manu 3 will bring back the OG couple of R Madhavan and Kangana Ranaut. It seems they will start the filming of the movie in 2025. Way back in 2011, Tanu Weds Manu was a smash hit. It also made Kangana Ranaut popular with the masses. Four years later, she scored one of her biggest career hits with Tanu Weds Manu Returns. Fans went crazy seeing her double role as Tanuja and Datto. 

Now, it is being reported that the third movie might finally get made. Aanand L Rai and Himanshu Sharma have locked the plot for the film. It seems the story will continue from where the first two films ended. It is being planned as a trilogy. The source said, “Just like the previous films, the third chapter will also be a mix of humor, romance, and drama. The concept is now locked, and the plan is to begin shooting in the second half of 2025.” It seems Kangana Ranaut is keen to sink her teeth into the first ever triple role. R Madhavan will play his original character. The actress is yet to have a complete narration from Aanand L Rai. 

Aanand L Rai is now busy with Tere Ishk Mein that stars Dhanush and Kriti Sanon. Kangana Ranaut is hoping that Emergency gets released. She has put in a lot of her money in the project. Tanu Weds Manu 3 when it releases will be a major event film. The franchise has a great fan following at the ground level.
