Sonakshi Sinha Shuts Down Trolls Questioning Zaheer Iqbal’s Absence from Her Holi Festivities: ‘Thoda Relax Ka

Sonakshi Sinha recently shared vibrant pictures of her Holi celebrations, but what was meant to be a festive post soon turned into a discussion about her husband, Zaheer Iqbal. Trolls flooded her comments, questioning why Zaheer was missing from her Holi pictures.

The actress posted a series of joyful photos on Instagram, covered in gulaal and dressed in white. Her caption read, “Holi haiiiiiiii!!! Rang barsao, khushiyaan manao!! Happy Holi mere doston, from the shoot of Jatadhara.” While many fans wished her back, some focused only on Zaheer’s absence. Comments like, “I can say with surety that Zaheer cannot play Holi with this lady” and “Your father agreed, but your husband isn’t agreeing to it,” started appearing. Others even dragged religion into it, suggesting she should celebrate Ramzan instead.

Sonakshi, however, was quick to shut down the unnecessary speculation. She edited her caption to respond directly to the trolls, writing, “Comments mein thoda relax karo…@iamzahero Mumbai mein hai, aur main shoot pe hu isiliye saath mein nahi hai…thanda paani dalo sar pe.” (Relax a little in the comments. Zaheer is in Mumbai, and I am away shooting, which is why we are not together. Pour some cold water on your head.) Zaheer also left a sweet reply, commenting, “Missing youuuuu baby,” putting an end to the speculation.

Sonakshi and Zaheer had been dating for seven years before they tied the knot in June 2023 in an intimate ceremony at their Mumbai home. They later hosted a grand reception attended by Bollywood stars like Vidya Balan, Rekha, Aditya Roy Kapur, Tabu, and Anil Kapoor.

On the work front, Sonakshi is gearing up for her Telugu film debut with Sudheer Babu’s Jatadhara. Meanwhile, Zaheer was last seen in the 2024 action film Ruslaan.
