Shah Rukh Khan to team up with this leading lady for reported film with Mythri Movie Makers?

Shah Rukh Khan fans have been on high alert ever since reports came of him doing a movie with Mythri Movie Makers. There is a lot of speculation on who will be the director. From Sukumar to SS Rajamouli and Nag Ashwin, a lot of names are doing the rounds. It seems like Sukumar is the frontrunner. He is the man behind films like Rangasthalam and Pushpa series. The buzz is that Shah Rukh Khan will team up with him for a film that is about the heartland. It will be an action-packed rustic entertainer. Shah Rukh Khan had said that while Bollywood does remakes of many South films, if he teams up with a South filmmaker he would like to work on an original film.

Some days back, even Vetrimaaran shared a picture with Shah Rukh Khan. It seems like the two met up in Mumbai at SRK’s new rented apartment. Now, rumours are doing the rounds that Samantha Ruth Prabhu might be a part of Shah Rukh Khan’s film with Mythri Movie Makers. She has had a long association with the production house. Samantha was the leading lady of Sukumar’s Rangasthalam. She also did the iconic Oo Antava in Pushpa: The Rise.

Samantha Ruth Prabhu has been keen to work with Shah Rukh Khan for a long time. Her name was at the forefront for The Bull, the Dharma project with Salman Khan and Vishnuvardhan that got shelved. Shah Rukh Khan and Nayanthara’s pairing for Jawan got a mixed response from fans and the audience.
