Sai Ketan Rao bids farewell to 'Imlie' characters Surya and Agastya

As the Star Plus show 'Imlie' nears its end, Sai Ketan Rao, adored for his portrayal of both Surya and Agastya, took to social media to pen a heartfelt goodbye to his characters.

Having recently wrapped filming for Imlie, Sai reflected on the show's journey and expressed his belief that it deserved a time slot change. Nevertheless, he remained grateful for the opportunity to bring two beautiful characters to life on screen.

He Captioned, "Bidding adieu , to AGASTHYA SINGH CHAUDHARY A phenomenal character journey, He is always there for everyone his love towards his family, and his love towards imlie was bound to happen,

He was shrewd in nature, honest , committed to his family and work his emotional strength and those intense feelings gone through all, gave my best to Agasthya, he made people go in awe, laugh cry and most importantly he loved a person who couldn’t be with him , he had to part ways and go to other other side , his story was incomplete though, but Agasthya will always be in our hearts and his story , PS : AGASTYA AND IMLIE are meant to meet and love again in some other time

SURYA PRATAP REDDY an orphan , a fearless police officer who looks at the world with eagles eye, Robinhood kind off nature he gave justice to the needy and served criminals with his own code of punishments, the day he got to know about his own twin brother his world turned upside down. He tried his best to complete all his responsibilities for a brother and for his another family. And also being there always for imlie

Saying goodbye to these characters who has become a part of me, I offer my deepest gratitude. Thank you for the laughter, the tears, the challenges, and the triumphs. Thank you for the memories that will forever linger in the corridors of my mind. And as I turn the page to embark on new adventures, I carry with me the lessons learned, the experiences gained, and the unwavering passion that fuels my craft.
