Sharing his journey after Srikanth's wrap-up, he said, "So, I do one thing at a time. I don't mix up my work. When I was doing Srikanth, I was only doing Srikanth. So when this was over, I, of course, took a break, and Patralekha and I travelled out of the country, and then I started working on the next one. After Srikanth, I started working on Stree, so it was easier to get out of it than going into it."

Talking about how he mentally prepared for the role and imbibe his thinking Raj expressed, "I spent a lot of time with Srikanth because if we show his life on the big screen, it's important to understand him and talk with him. So I questioned him a lot about his huge successful journey, which was also filled with a lot of difficulties and hurdles, so how did he look at them, what was his thought process during those times, how he used to feel things, how he saw life at that time, so all this was necessary to understand for an internal preparation."
The film, which Tusshar Hiranandani helms, also features Alaya F, Jyotika, and Sharad Kelkar in pivotal roles and is all set to hit the big screens on 10th May 2024.
