During their talk, the guru mentioned that both of his kidneys had stopped working and that he'd been dealing with this for almost ten years.

Raj Kundra, moved by the guru's story, responded with an emotional offer. He said, “I’ve been following you for the past two years. I have no questions because your videos always answer any doubts or fears I have. You are an inspiration to everyone. I know about your health condition, and if I can help, one of my kidneys is yours."

Raj Kundra's offer reportedly surprised Shilpa Shetty. Premanand Maharaj, however, responded with gratitude. He said, “It’s enough for me that you stay happy. Until the call comes, we won’t leave this world because of a kidney. But I accept your goodwill from the heart."

Reports emerged alleging a massive Rs 60 crore fraud case, with a businessman claiming the couple had cheated him. Both Raj and Shilpa have vehemently denied these accusations. They issued a public statement, labeling the allegations as "baseless," and expressed their unwavering faith that the truth would ultimately prevail.
