Hina Khan is all set to embark on a new journey with India's biggest and most controversial reality show, Bigg Boss Season 11 on Colors. As the show starts tomorrow, the diva also celebrates her birthday on the second day of hers in the house. We are sure Hina's birthday will be special and a different one this time around, while her journey in the house will be worth the watch.

Before the lady stepped into the house, we got in touch with her, and in a candid conversation with India-Forums, here is all that she revealed and threw light on.

You'll be spending your Birthday in the Bigg Boss House, how does it feel?

Well, yes. It is something very different that is happening with me this time around, something very new. There is a bit of everything I am feeling right now - nervous, anxious and a little weird. At the same time I am glad, it is a new journey. I did a very huge show, and then did Khatron Ke Khiladi: Pain In Spain, and now one of the biggest reality shows ever, Bigg Boss. I reached the finale in Khatron, and I am very proud about it, now I am ready to embark on a new journey, my birthday will be spent there only. I am going to start my birthday in a new place, and so I am hoping that it starts-off well, and I succeed in whatever I am doing.

Last year, when Rohan Mehra was in Bigg Boss, you told us how it is your favourite show.

Yes, Bigg Boss is my favourite show and it still is. I wait the whole year to see the show, and I really love watching it through its run of 3 and a half months. I know I've always said that I can't do a show like Bigg Boss because I am very short tempered and I can't deal with such things, because I am not so strong.

But, I think the credit for changing this decision of mine goes to Khatron Khe Khiladi. I think it is only for this show that I have managed to change my mind and go for such a big show, named as one of the most controversial reality shows. So yes, if Khatron would not have happened, I wouldn't have known how strong I was because it is this show that has helped me discover a new side to myself. It is only because of my mental strength that I managed to come this far.

So yes, having done Khatron has made me realize that there is a lot more to myself than I thought there was, and so I thought this is the right time to take up the Big Boss challenge because right now I am all charged-up and the memories are fresh. I could have probably taken up this decision a year later as well, because I had few offers for fiction shows but at the same time I am happy that I could break out of the image that I had created after doing a show for as long as 8 years.

After Khatron, I think people are liking this new side of me and with me in the Bigg Boss Season 11 house, they will get a closer look of me as a person. I am hoping they like it because I am no different like anyone else. I have a very simple life and I don't have high demands, I can do survival cooking, can also pull-off my daily chores myself. In fact, even in Khatron, I used to wash my own clothes when we did have an option to avail the services. I think it won't be very difficult for me, apart from the kind of people I will live with, that is the only challenge I will face. Working, sleeping or any other thing is not problem for me.

I think that your upbringing, your values and a lot more about you is reflected through this. I remember talking to a friend, who has also been a winner of Bigg Boss, and she told me that remember one thing, 'Whoever you are, you will be seen exactly like that.' You can pretend for a couple of days, but then your true self will be reflected on the screens at the end. So I just want to be my ownself and have a fruitful journey, I am sure I will do good and I am very excited about it.

In Khatron, you had to brush up your physical skills, what are your preparations for Bigg Boss?

Patience, that is what I am working on right now. I don't have to be short tempered, which I am. There is no harm in being angry, because I am not saying that I will not be angry at all, there is no harm in being angry after all. I am not someone who will take things from people for no fault of mine, I will make it a point to voice out my opinion. But, if I am at fault, I will also make sure I apologize. There is a way of everything, so if I need to balance something, there is a line for everything, and I would like to maintain that and neither cross it for myself nor anyone else.

Any advice or suggestions that you've taken from Rohan?

Not Rohan, but I had Lopamudra Raut and Manveer Gurjar with me, I had a lot of interaction with the former. A lot of things have been told to me, however, ultimately I'll say that everyone has a different personality. It is possible that I handle something better or worse than them, therefor I think whatever basic I wanted to know I have learnt. Apart from that, it is my journey, and that is how it will be, about me.

That was actually a good read which I didn't expected really..

Hina has become kind of likeable to me after kkk. It takes some time to shed image of akshara but she has worked on it
