Bollywood actors often go the extra mile to get into the skin of their character. While temporary weight gain and weight loss are among the many other changes that the actors undergo but can you imagine a permanent change for a character? Guess, Sonam Kapoor just did that!

After having a successful run at the box office this year, Sonam Kapoor is prepping for her next 'The Zoya Factor' opposite south star Dulquer Salmaan. For her character in the film where she will be seen playing an executive in an advertising agency.

For the character, Sonam today revealed on her Instagram that she is going for a permanent hair change. Sonam who quite dazzled in her silky straight hair will soon be seen in curly hair. Yes, we are not making this up.

The actress was also snapped post her salon session where she was seen trying her best to keep her new look under wraps.

About the film's plot, 'The Zoya Factor' is based on a novel of the same name which is about a Rajput girl named Zoya Singh Solanki who meets the Indian Cricket Team through her job as an executive in an advertising agency and ends up becoming a lucky charm for the team in the 2010 Cricket World Cup. Eventually, Zoya falls for skipper Nikhil Khoda who doesn't believe in luck and superstitions.

Apart from Sonam and Dulquer, Sonam's real-life uncle Sanjay Kapoor will be seen playing the role of her dad in the film. This film is directed by Abhishek Sharma.
