People have been calling me a monster: Manish Chawla on the response for 'Woh Toh Hai Albela'

Star Bharat's show 'Woh Toh Hai Albela' which stars Shaheer Sheikh and Hiba Nawab in lead roles has been garnering a lot of love from the audience. While Hiba and Shaheer's commendable chemistry is widely loved, other characters of the show too are receiving a lot of appreciation for their performance in the show. 

Well, we got into a conversation with one such character; Rishi Kumar which is played by Manish Chawla. The actor spoke at length about all love he has been receiving for his stint in the show and a lot more. Talking about his character and the response he has been getting for the same Manish said, ''My character in the show is grey and I have been receiving a lot of positive responses right from the direction and production team to the audience, everyone is loving my work. I am a very emotional person in real, which is why initially, when I would read comments about my character on YouTube and Instagram I would feel very bad."

If people are hating my character, it means I am doing good. So now, my confidence has increased two folds.

He added, "However, a few days back, my director asked me about the response and I went ahead to tell him that people have been calling me a 'monster.' After which my director told me that this means I am winning. I then realized that all this hatred is basically the love that I am getting for my character. If people are hating my character, it means I am doing good. So now, my confidence has increased two folds. I share a great bond with everyone on set, especially with Khushwant Walia.''
