Not Eisha Singh but Kanika Maan to play the LEAD in Creative Eye's next?

Ishq Pakeezah, based on the concept of triple talaaq, by Creative Eye on channel Zee TV has finalised its female lead.

Punjabi model Kanika Maan who is also a known name in the Punjabi music industry for popular songs, will be playing the female lead in the show.

Reports also suggest that before locking Kanika for the lead role, the makers also considered popular TV faces but zeroed down on the Punjabi model.

The male lead will be played by Adnan Khan, while Gunn Kansara and Vinay Jain will be seen in pivotal roles.

Buzz is also that a new name from Chandigarh, might be the second female lead for the show.

Well, we still have to see who else will join the cast of this upcoming drama series.
