'Mohhabat hai': Pavitra Puniya reveals WHO is the reason behind applying 'SINDOOR' in her hairline

Pavitra Puniya currently seen in Sony Sab's 'Tenali Rama,' recently took to her Instagram handle to open up about applying 'sindoor' in her hairline and shared who she does it for.

Taking to her Instagram handle on the evening of 17th March, the actress, sharing the story behind Lord Hanuman applying sindoor in the love of Lord Rama, the actress, by the end of the video reveals that she too does it for similar reasons. Greeting her viewers, the actress begins the said video and says, ''Bolne ke baad bhi logo ko kuch chize samajh nahi aati, toh maine socha ke samjha deti hoon chalo.'' She then goes ahead to narrate the story behind Devi Sita getting ready for Lord Shri Rama and how, Lord Hanuman was admiring her when she was doing so. By the end of her 'sringaar,' the goddess then adorned her hairline with 'sindoor.' Curious, Lord Hanuman then asked her the reason behind doing so and she revealed to him that she is doing this for the long life of Lord Shri Rama. Upon hearing this, Lord Hanuman then decides to smear himself in sindoor, thinking that by doing so, the Lord will live longer.

By the end of the story, Pavitra says, ''Mohhbat, ke apne devta ke liye, apne isht ke liye, apne bhagwan ke liye, apne prabhu ke liye aap purey madhosh hogaye ke bas hum toh kuch bhi kar jayenge. Waise hi Shri Hanuman ji ne bhagwan Shri Ram ke liye apne maang mein sindoor na bhar ke purey naha liye thhe us sindoor mein, Waise hi main, apni maa ke liye, jo jagad janani hai, uske liye main ye jo maang hai na meri, isme hum ye sindoor lagate hai. Toh iske liye sawal uthane bandh kariye, aur aap bhi lagaya kariye, kisne mana kiya hai? Hai na? Jai mata di.''

For the uninformed, Pavitra was once in a relationship with actor Eijaz Khan, however, they parted ways after two years of staying together.
