not only Holi, all Indian festival songs have been phased out.. all we get are vulgar songs for the front benches!

I played Holi this past weekend, and there weren't any real holi songs played. But whenever Rang Barse came on, every age group from lil kids to teens, and daadis would sing in unison, and was the favorite song. I love holi. I wish holi would be shown more in movies... :) Even all my Gora friends know about it and celebrate it with me.

never celebrated Holi, not a part of my culture, but have always loved it being shown in the movie.

Don't celebrate Holi but i do miss the charm of the old bollywood movies - they will remain timeless classics

They don't want to make HOli songs, because they are embarassed of our culture apparently and would rather have movies where there are skimpy girls with lame lyrics! Where has the beautiful Bollywood gone?
