Interestingly, due to retakes, Lavina actually spat thrice on his face.</p><p align="justify">Talking about the nasty encounter, Akshay said in a statement: "Initially, the production approached me and told me that they would use water in case I feel uncomfortable in the scene. But I wanted the scene to look real and not made up.</p><p align="justify">"Hence, I obliged and she spat thrice on my face. More than me, I felt Lavina was feeling uncomfortable. (It was) an unforgettable experience I'd say. Nevertheless, it is a part of my profession."</p><p align="justify">"Waaris," which also stars Aarti Singh and Sania Touqueer, is based on cultural issues and focuses on the life of Amba (Aarti), who brings up a girl child as a boy.</p><p align="justify"><br></p><p align="justify"><br></p>
