Meanwhile, Tulsi is visibly shaken in the kitchen, narrowly avoiding a burn thanks to Munni's quick intervention. Daksha rushes in, ushering Tulsi out of the kitchen and urging her to calm down. As Tulsi confides in Daksha, she expresses her bewilderment and distress over Mihir's actions, emphasizing that she has no interest in going against her family or children. Tulsi's primary concern remains the potential injustice faced by Ajay's family, whom she believes are innocent and wrongly accused.
Noina comforts Mihir
The scene shifts to Noina comforting a distraught Mihir, assuring him that everything will be alright. As she tends to him, she notices he's running a fever and urges him to lie down on the couch. When she suggests calling a doctor, Mihir declines. Noina promptly fetches medication to help alleviate his symptoms. As she cares for him, she recalls that Mihir had been fasting and hadn't eaten anything, adding to his weakness. Despite Mihir's request for her to leave, Noina insists on staying to comfort him, gently coaxing him to eat something to regain his strength.
Noina feeds food to Mihir

As Tulsi prepares a meal for Mihir, aware that he'll only eat food made by her hands after their fight, she heads to serve it to him. However, she's unaware that Noina has already taken on the task of feeding Mihir, trying to comfort him and help him regain his strength.
Mihir dreams of Tulsi
As Noina fed Mihir and gave him medicine, he drifted off to sleep. But in a poignant dream sequence, Tulsi entered the room, and as she touched Mihir, he woke up. Tulsi was crying, and Mihir comforted her, offering her a tissue and gently wiping away her tears. However, the tender moment was abruptly shattered when Noina's presence brought Mihir back to reality, revealing it was all just a dream. With a gentle touch, Noina removes Mihir's shoes and switches off the light, ensuring he gets a peaceful rest.
Tulsi comes to office

The scene shifts to Tulsi entering the office, where she finds a tender moment unfolding between Mihir and Noina. Mihir, feeling chilly, is wrapped in a top sheet by Noina, who gazes at him lovingly. As she tries to slip away, Mihir instinctively holds her hand in his sleep. Tulsi's arrival catches Noina off guard, and when Tulsi questions Noina's presence, Noina explains that she received a call from Pari, informing her about the situation, which led her to come and care for Mihir.
Noina and Tulsi’s conversation
Noina confronts Tulsi, questioning her actions, but Tulsi stands firm, believing she did what was right. Noina expresses concern over Mihir's condition, revealing that he's running a fever. As Tulsi tries to check on Mihir, Noina cautions her not to disturb him, mentioning that she's already given him medicine. Tulsi's concern shifts to Mihir's empty stomach, but Noina informs her that she's taken care of that too, having fed him.
Noina advises Tulsi to give Mihir some space, suggesting that it's not the right time to talk to him given his current state. Tulsi heeds Noina's words and decides to leave, allowing Mihir the time he needs to recover.
Tension at the Virani’s house

Upon entering the Virani household, Tulsi is met with Gayatri's inquiry about Mihir's whereabouts. Tulsi informs her that Mihir is at the office, struggling with a fever, and that Noina is with him. She reveals that Pari had sent Noina to care for Mihir, which sparks a defensive response from Pari, who claims she acted out of concern for Mihir's well-being. Tulsi presses the point, however, suggesting that Pari specifically chose Noina over someone from their own household.
The conversation between Tulsi and Pari takes a tense turn as Tulsi subtly highlights the distinction between being treated like family and actually being family. Pari's defenses are triggered, and she storms off in anger, the underlying tension between them now palpable.
