Khatron Ke Khiladi 14’s Aashish Mehrotra recently took to social media to share a heartfelt farewell message for his close friend Aditi Sharma, who was recently eliminated from the stunt-based reality show. The show has been captivating audiences with its thrilling challenges and dramatic twists. Last week, Aditi Sharma faced elimination, marking the end of her journey on the show. She made several friends, including Aashish Mehrotra, who expressed his sentiments through a social media post.
On Instagram, Aashish posted a series of pictures with Aditi and wrote, "One ending brings the new beginning… Because the journey never ends…" Throughout their time on the show, Aashish and Aditi were supportive of each other. Aashish even opposed the decision to select Aditi for the elimination stunt. Despite his support, Aditi had to face the challenge against Shalin Bhanot and lost by a narrow margin.
The previous week on Khatron Ke Khiladi 14 featured a teams' challenge. Contestants performed in teams led by Sumona Chakravarti and Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia. Sumona’s team included Karan Veer Mehra, Abhishek Kumar, Krishna Shroff, and Aashish Mehrotra, while Nimrit’s team had Shalin Bhanot, Gashmeer Mahajani, Aditi Sharma, Shilpa Shinde, and Niyati Fatnani.
Nimrit’s team managed to win only one stunt, performed by Gashmeer Mahajani and Niyati Fatnani. However, they lost the ultimate challenge, leading to two of their members facing the elimination stunt. Nimrit chose Shalin and Aditi for this task. In the elimination stunt, where contestants had to collect scorpions, Shalin Bhanot collected 168 scorpions, while Aditi Sharma managed 151. Following the stunt, Aashish Mehrotra, Shilpa Shinde, and Abhishek Kumar criticized Captain Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia’s decision to send Aditi for the stunt, suggesting that Nimrit herself should have participated instead.
