Jigra Director Vasan Bala was upset with Karan Johar? Check out the story now

Alia Bhatt starrer Jigra is grabbing all headlines ahead its release on 11th October. Vasan Bala who has directed the movie is well known for his extraordinary movies like Monica Oh My Darling, Mard Ko Dard Nahi Hota and many more revealed he was quite upset with Karan Johar.

Vasan Bala said, “I had written a very kachha pakka email, stream of consciousness thoughts… sent it to Karan and 6-7 hours later, he called saying that I have already sent it to Alia and I was really not happy with it."

I was like I would have at least done some spell check, grammar check, hygiene, written some very nice hero entry… That email was sent and I asked Karan ‘Why did you do this?’ He said ‘No, no this is how it works. Then he said we’ll meet in a couple of days," he recalled.  Alia mentioned that she liked the film from the first half itself.

In the upcoming movie, Alia and Vedang play siblings, and their chemistry is already getting praise from the audiences. Alia is not only headlining the film but has also co-produced this Vasan Bala directorial venture with Karan Johar.
