The youthful entertainer, "Ishq Vishk Rebound," is all set to hit theaters this week, and its makers have already completed the Censor process well in advance. The film received its certificate from the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) on June 10. The CBFC granted the romantic comedy a U/A certificate with two modifications. First, the CBFC's Examining Committee asked the filmmakers to blur visuals of the middle finger. Second, a disclaimer about alcohol consumption was mandated to appear at the bottom of the screen during all scenes involving liquor.

Interestingly, "Ishq Vishk Rebound" is notable for its short runtime. According to the censor certificate, the film’s length is 106 minutes, or 1 hour and 46 minutes. This makes it one of the shortest significant Hindi films in recent memory. The last major release with a shorter runtime was "Jai Mummy Di" (2020), starring Sunny Singh, which was 103 minutes long and released on approximately 750-800 screens.

"Ishq Vishk Rebound" is a journey of three best friends navigating two relationships, two breakups, and a series of unfolding confusions. It explores how relationships evolve when romance is rekindled and poses the question of whether exes can truly remain friends. In an era where labels are becoming less important, the film challenges viewers to consider what really defines a bond.

Directed by Nipun Avinash Dharmadhikari, the romcom boasts a talented cast including Rohit Saraf, Pashmina Roshan, Jibraan Khan and Naila Grewal.

It also stars Kusha Kapila, Supriya Pilgaonkar, Akarsh Khurana, Shilpa Vishal Shetty, Shataf Figar, Anita Kulkarni, and Sheeba Chadda. Produced by Ramesh Taurani and Jaya Taurani, "Ishq Vishk Rebound" promises to deliver an engaging and relatable story filled with youthful exuberance and heartfelt moments. As the film releases in cinemas on June 21, audiences can look forward to a compact yet impactful cinematic experience.
