So, as soon as I got their offer, I wanted to do the show. However, later on, when I auditioned for the show and got to know about the story, I loved it. Before this, too, I had done a Marathi film where I was not very decked up. Looking beautiful onscreen has never been my motto. I want my character to be nice; I want people to see and recognize me for my work. I did not get the desired reach for the past two shows that I have done. I hope people can see the difference now. And I am no one to take up a show. The makers thought I was fit for the character, so they chose me.''
