Harshvardhan Rane tells Babil Khan to stand his ground in competitive Bollywood; urges him to avoid 'stuff'

Babil Khan left the whole world worried after his video on Instagram. After seeing the video, people assumed that he referred to some actors of Bollywood as bullies. The names he took were Ananya Panday, Shanaya Kapoor, Adarsh Gourav, Raghav Juyal, Siddhant Chaturvedi and others. Later, he deactivated his account. Today, in the evening he issued a clarification that his video was misinterpreted. He said he had only love and respect for his peers whom he felt were trying to change the work culture and films coming out of Bollywood. His clarification came on his Instagram which is now active once again.

Sanam Teri Kasam Hunk Harshvardhan Rane also sent him love. He said that Babil Khan had god level genes in him. Rane said the world would be his if he focused on his craft. Now, Babil Khan has been impressive in most of his films and web series. He was good in The Railway Men and his recent movie Log Out is also testimony to his acting chops. Harshvardhan Rane said that Babil Khan should know how to take a stand for himself as to get respect one should respect oneself first. Rane also told him to avoid the trappings of stardom if he found that atmosphere kind of suffocating.

Rane also advised Babil to stay away from alcohol and stuff. He said physical health was important for an actor to be on top of his mental faculties. We do not know how Babil’s supporters will react to this.

Fans were worried as it seemed like he was having a mental breakdown. They hoped his mom Sutapa Sikdar was with him. The fact that Irrfan’s death anniversary happened two days back left people more emotional. Babil Khan said he struggled to accept that his dad, was no more. They had a deep bond which was more like friends.
