Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin: Savi's Dilemma, Balancing Finances and Studies

In the latest episode of the TV series "Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin," Surekha informs Ishaan that Savi (Bhavika Sharma) might have arranged for the hospital staff to call him instead of directly asking him to pay the hospital bills due to being too embarrassed. Ishaan (Shakti Arora) is concerned about how Savi will pay the bills now that she has refused his help. Surekha suggests that Ishaan and Reeva should go out to eat and relax, but Reeva (Sumit Singh) is worried that Ishaan might not be in the right mood. However, Ishaan decides to freshen up and go out with her.

Savi's Financial Struggle

Meanwhile, Savi pays part of the hospital bills and asks the doctor for more time to pay the remaining amount. She receives a message that 5 lakh rupees have been transferred into her account, which angers her because she suspects it was Ishaan's doing. Later, Ishaan and Reeva head to their car, but Savi confronts them about the money transfer. Reeva explained that she wanted to help Savi with her exams and medical bills, but Savi refused the money and transferred it back to Reeva's account.

Ishaan's Realization and Reeva's Support

At his office, Ishaan reflects on his actions and realizes that he has neglected Reeva's support while focusing solely on Savi. He apologizes to Reeva and offers her a treat to make amends. Meanwhile, Savi worries about how to pay Harini's medical bills without Ishaan's help and decides to focus on her studies instead. Anvi and Durva feel stressed about their upcoming exams, but Ishaan lightens the mood by offering them sweets and helping them study.

Shikha worries about Savi not answering her calls the following day and expresses concern about her upcoming exam. Savi debates whether to answer Shikha's call. 

Later, a client squad raids the college, suspecting a leak of exam papers, and questions students about the notes Savi sold. Yashwant accuses Savi of leaking the papers.
