Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin: Ishaan criticises Savi, considering her average performance at college

Tonight's Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin opens with Savi (Bhavika Sharma) suggesting that Ishaan (Bhavika Sharma) sits in the back seat to avoid having to wear a seat belt in the front. Ishaan insists it's fine and offers for Savi to sit in the back instead. Savi complies and sits in the back seat. Reeva (Simit Singh) turns on the radio and mentions to Ishaan that he should have taken a day off, considering he likely stayed up all night at the hospital. Savi remembers Ishaan staying up for her previously.

Ishaan explains he can't take a day off due to a heavy workload, especially with the new medical wing being set up. He then invites Reeva to accompany him to Paris for a presentation on the new wing, prompting Reeva to remind him of their honeymoon plans. She quickly corrects herself, apologising to Ishaan. Savi requests to be dropped off in front of a stationary store under the guise of needing to buy supplies. Reeva agrees and drops her off. Savi reflects on her feelings of disappointment upon learning about Ishaan and Reeva's trip to Paris and why she lied to get out of the car.

Ishaan notices Savi enjoying ice cream through the side mirror as Reeva drives away. Surekha invites Swati to Gudi Padwa celebrations and extends the invitation to the rest of Reeva's family. She shares the news of Harini's improving condition, expressing her hopes that Savi will soon leave the house and that Ishaan and Reeva will come together.

Ishaan remarks on Savi's average performance; on the other hand, considering Ishaan's health, Savi decides to make an herbal concoction called Khada for him. Savi prepares the Khada and brings it to Ishaan's office, where Reeva questions why he suddenly got a cold. Savi explains what happened the previous night, but Ishaan criticises her for wasting time instead of focusing on her exams, leading to tension between them.

Surekha hopes Gudi Padwa will mark a fresh start for Ishaan and Reeva. Yashwant discusses shopping with Surekha, who reveals she bought dresses for Yashwant and Chinmay. Yashwant becomes angry at the mention of Chinmay's name, stating he no longer considers him his son and forbidding him from entering their home, fearing it would bring destruction. Surekha expresses concern about Shikha's feelings towards Chinmay, but Yashwant insists it's her responsibility to prevent any problems arising. Chinmay is shown to have arrived in India and is staying in a hotel.
