Ghum Hai Kisikey Pyaar Meiin: Ishaan celebrates Reeva's birthday by throwing her a surprise

Swati warmly wishes her a happy birthday precisely at midnight, a cherished tradition between them. Grateful, Reeva expresses her thanks to Swati for always marking the occasion with such thoughtfulness. Just as they are about to cut the cake, their celebratory moment is interrupted by a phone call from Ishaan (Shakti Arora), who informs Reeva of his involvement in an accident. Concerned, Reeva rushes off to aid him.

However, Reeva is pleasantly surprised upon arriving at the location of the supposed accident, finding Ishaan and a group of others dancing to a birthday song in her honour. Overwhelmed with emotion, Reeva embraces Ishaan warmly as he extends his birthday wishes to her. With the festivities in full swing, Ishaan leads Reeva and Swati back to the cake.

Ishaan celebrates Reeva's birthday:

During the celebration, Reeva notices damage to Ishaan's car windshield and inquires if Savi (Bhavika Sharma) was responsible. Ishaan's mood darkens at the mention of Savi's name, prompting Reeva to swiftly apologise. The tension dissipates as Reeva makes her birthday wish and cuts the cake, with Ishaan teasingly hinting at a surprise awaiting her during their upcoming trek.

Meanwhile, Savi observes Akshay Tritiya with a prayer, only to be confronted by Shukla bearing news of an article written about her. However, Reeva seeks blessings from Surekha and Yashwant, receiving a gold biscuit from the former as a gift. Chinmay, however, taunts Yashwant, anticipating his satisfaction upon reading the damning article.

Savi is misunderstood:

The article falsely accuses Savi of being victimised by the Bhosale family, alleging harassment and false accusations of leaking exam papers concocted by Ishaan and Yashwant. Shukla attempts to reassure Savi, asserting that the reporter fabricated the claims without basis. Yashwant, meanwhile, dismisses the allegations as Savi's ploy for monetary gain, provoking a rebuke from Chinmay.

Amidst the turmoil, Ishaan expresses doubt that Savi would resort to such measures, while Reeva entertains the possibility of Savi seeking revenge. Yashwant confronts Ishaan, questioning his course of action in response to the allegations, prompting a tense exchange regarding the family's next steps.
