Gauahar Khan SHUTS down Amaal Mallik’s PR team on targeting her stand for Abhishek Bajaj: 'Doing a POOR JOB"

The incident in question unfolded when Amaal Mallik was seen holding fellow contestant Abhishek Bajaj’s face during a task, a moment that did not sit well with Gauahar. Taking to social media, she called out the behavior in strong words.

She tweeted:
'How dare someone touch another persons face ???? Almost squeezing lips ??? What the hell is this . Provocation in touch is physicality . Isn’t that simple ???? Pull amaal up or let everyone loose like animals to hit each other . If this is allowed , where would u draw the line ?? Kahaan likha hai ke kisi ke body ko allowed hai touch karna in any form . Ab kaun charge kiya forehead touch karne ???? Ab bhi provocative nahi tha ???'

While many supported her for pointing out what they too viewed as unacceptable physical contact, Amaal Mallik’s PR team fired back. In an attempt to defend their client, they accused Gauahar of selective outrage and questioned her silence during other controversial moments involving Abhishek.

Their response read:
'Where were you...when previously Abhishek instigated others? Why no big tweets calling him out? Where was all this aggression when Abhishek lifted a girl without her permission, just to hurt her during the task. Or when he left all the humanity and empathy to trouble someone who is sick. If you want to stand up against wrong things, then at least do it correctly for everyone. We still don’t get this strange obsession of yours with Amaal…but this right here is what we call doglapan'

Refusing to stay quiet, Gauahar replied again, this time not just standing her ground but also pointing fingers at the PR team’s approach.

She wrote:
'Since u happily always tag me , let me point out to ur pr , that they r doing a v bad job of handling u . Coz this clip they have made to whitewash ur physical actions , is actually proving the point that instigations happen at many levels in this house , but touching or getting physical is NOT ALLOWED. Simple hai . Also ure a contestant, im the audience, so PR know that there will be good n bad . Jab accha tweet kiya tha tab toh tag nahi kiya . Lol , take light'

Her tweet quickly gained traction, with fans applauding her unapologetic tone and clear stance on physical boundaries in a televised environment. For those who do not know, Amaal's team was also seen bashing reviewer Jeevika Singh and Kamya Panjabi for calling him out for the same incident. While they went ahead to call Jeevika a 'paid journalist,' they also called out Kamya for her stand against Amaal and went ahead to ask her why did she not point out Abhishek's instigations on several occasions.
