Future track depends on the ratings and viewers’ expectations: Ankit Gera aka Daksh of ‘Molkki’

Colors show ‘Molkki’ is getting a lot of love from the viewers. India Forums was the first one to report about actor Ankit Gera being roped in for the show. ‘Molkki’ recently took a six months leap. Post the leap, Purvi and Virendra have been living separately. Virendra and family perceive Purvi to be dead. However, she has been staying with Daksh (Ankit Gera) and has changed her identity.

India Forums got in touch with actor Ankit Gera. We asked the actor about the feedback that he has been receiving from the fans and well-wishers, he said, “So far the feedback has been good and positive. The show has taken a leap and there’s a tinge of freshness in the story. I’m sure it will be interesting to see how the track moves forward. It’s too early to comment as a lot depends upon the ratings. The ratings and viewers expectation might mold the story for the future tracks”.

We asked Ankit if entering in the show as a ‘third angle’ has disadvantage as viewers are already in love with the established couple Purvi-Virendra, Ankit said, “I feel everything depends upon the story and how the entry of the character is written and executed. I’m playing my own character and the other actors are playing their characters respectively. Every story has its graph. I don’t think it’s a disadvantage of sorts”.

We asked the handsome lad about his experience of shooting with the cast of Molkki, he said, “Well, it’s good. The actors are nice and cordial. However, I feel the schedule of ‘Molkki’ is crazy. It gets quite hectic at times”.
