#FreakyFriday: Listen!! We RECASTED the characters of Tu Tu Main Main!

Tu Tu Main Main! Remember the times when Saas Bahu show was a comedy drama! Not something where the mother-in-law made the daughter-in-law toil and she would end up crying in her room. Gone are the days, when such saas-bahu drama existed and we need to bring up the same chemistry of saas-bahu comedy in TV. Tu Tu Mein Mein was a very popular show directed by none other than Sachin Pilgaonkar and it aired on Star Plus. The audience back then loved the kitchen fights between saas and bahu. We are recasting the pivotal characters of the show and here what the list is. Lets go down the memory lane and reminisce all the characters.

Devaki Verma- Rupal Patel

The very famous mother-in-law, Devaki was played none other than Reema Lagoo. The character of Devaki was very intricate as she had a very stubborn and dramatic saas of a very confused bahu. She was loved by each and every one, who watched her role. Devaki and Radha were the new pairs which they adored. Rupal who gained her popularity from Saath Nibhana Sathiya can clearly pull this off! Very few know this, but she has a very good comic timing and we have already seen her ranting about her bahu in the previous shows. She will do a good job in being the very cute saas to a good bahu.

Radha Verma- Rati Pandey.

Every ones's bahu, Radha was played by very famous Supriya Pilgaonkar. She had done a fabulous job of being the very innocent and confused bahu. She obviously had a lot of drama and Supriya lived the character. Now, we have Rati Pandey, who got famous for her pivotal role in Hitler Didi. She has a good sense of humor and would truly do justice to the role. Rati has already has a good fan following and they would love her to do some comedy.

Ravi Verma- Gurmeet Chaudhary

The cutest husband ever, Ravi was played by Mahesh Thakur. He banged his role of being the damsel in distress. He was always stuck between his wife Radha and his dear mother Devaki. Ravi was the ideal son and a very loving husband but was often stuck between the random fights between his wife and mother. We would love to see Gurmeet in that dilemma! He would do justice of being the character and would totally kill the role. Rati and Gurmeet would be the great pair and make the show hit!

Gopal Verma- Sandeep Mehta

Gopal was the husband of Devaki and was played by Kuldeep Pawar. He did an amazing job of being the wise man, he wasn't seen much but had a great charm when he was on scree. Sandeep Mehta who played a very important role in Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai can do this character. He can be a very wise man and can be a part of comedy drama.
